Michael J. Progar
is a partner and founding member of Progar Law Group LLC, with more than 40 years of experience in representing the interests of insurance companies, small businesses, and nonprofit organizations. As lead counsel, he has tried more than 50 jury trials to verdict. Mr. Progar practices primarily in the areas of personal injury, employment law and insurance coverage. He is admitted to practice in the states of Wisconsin, Indiana and Illinois. Mr. Progar earned his B.A. degree from the University of Notre Dame and his J.D. degree from DePaul University College of Law.

is a partner at Rothberg Law Firm in Fort Wayne, Indiana. She practices in the areas of employment law, civil rights, and civil litigation. Ms. Floyd earned her B.A. degree from Indiana University Bloomington and her J.D. degree, cum laude, from Valparaiso University School of Law. She is a member of the Allen County Bar Association and Indiana State Bar Association.

Alexandria Cates
is an attorney with Holland & Knight LLP. She focuses her practice on employment advice and counseling, workplace investigations, and employment guidance on transactional matters for a wide range of employers. Ms. Cates regularly advises clients on various issues, including workplace misconduct, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, hiring and termination, wage and hour laws, state and federal leave laws, ADA accommodations, reductions in force, and employment handbooks and policies. She has also conducted workplace investigations on allegations of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, bullying, and unethical conduct. Ms. Cates has experience conducting workplace investigations of all sizes, including high-profile investigations that have made national headlines. She earned her B.A. degree from the University of Washington and her J.D. degree from UCLA School of Law. Ms. Cates is a member of the Washington and King County bar associations, and State Bar of California.

Ralph R. Smith, III
is a shareholder and co-chair of the labor and employment group of Capehart & Scatchard, P.A. He focuses his practice in employment litigation and preventative employment practices, including counseling employers on the creation of employment policies, non-compete and trade secret agreements, and training employers to avoid employment-related litigation. Mr. Smith represents both companies and individuals in related complex commercial litigation before federal state courts and administrative agencies in labor and employment cases; including race, gender, age, national origin, disability and workplace harassment and discrimination matters, wage-and-hour disputes, restrictive covenants, grievances, arbitrations, drug testing, and employment-related contract issues. He earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Temple University and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Temple University School of Law. Mr. Smith is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Katherine Del Rosario
's path to immigration law was sparked by her own personal experiences. Born to Filipino immigrants, she carries a deep respect for the culture, history, and dignity of her clients. Mr. Del Rosarios's experience includes both employment and family-based immigration matters. She has represented a diverse range of employers, from new start-ups to established multinational corporate clients, and helped families stay together to build a brighter future in the United States. Ms. Del Rosario earned her J.D. degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law and her B.A. degree in linguistics from the University of Washington. During law school, she co-founded Alliance for Immigrant Neighbors (AIN), which provides direct service representation and community education to low-income families in the Northwest suburbs of Chicago. Before joining Davis & Campbell, she built her career at several leading immigration law firms and non-profit organizations in Chicago.

is a litigation attorney at Lewis Gianola PLLC in Morgantown, West Virginia, providing legal counsel and representation to clients for a range of issues and industries. In addition to his work in litigation and appeals, he assists clients with legal matters related to bankruptcy and restructuring, collections, and foreclosure. Mr. Gianola also serves as local counsel, providing valuable knowledge of the West Virginia judicial system to attorneys from other jurisdictions and those they represent. He earned his B.S. degree from West Virginia University and his J.D. degree from George Washington University Law School. Mr. Gianola is a member of The West Virginia State Bar, The West Virginia Bar Association and Monongalia County Bar Association. He is admitted to practice law before the Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia, U.S. District Court for the Northern and Southern districts of West Virginia, U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern and Southern districts of West Virginia and the District of Columbia Court of Appeals.
