Abigail K. Walker
is a member of Reed Smith LLP's Emerging Technologies Group. She advises on data privacy and security obligations, including providing expertise on data privacy and IT issues related to mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Walker also advises on developing AI governance regulations and industry best practices. She designs efficient privacy compliance programs with a holistic view of the privacy landscape, finding solutions at the intersection of the EU's GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act, the Colorado Privacy Act and its other U.S. counterparts, the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and beyond. Ms. Walker has drafted privacy policies, terms of use, service agreements, data privacy impact assessments, and intracompany data transfer agreements. She also advises clients on handling data subject rights requests, implementing loyalty programs, and managing data workflows and consent mechanisms. She helps clients navigate the rapidly developing AI governance space, staying on top of new regulations and industry best practices. A true expert in her home state's landmark AI law, the Colorado AI Act, Ms. Walker also advises on other AI laws and regulations under consideration and the EU AI Act. She drafts internal AI governance policies and vendor intake forms, AI addendums for vendor agreements, AI impact assessments, and public-facing AI notices. In addition to addressing issues related to AdTech, cookie preference management, chatbots, and accessibility on client websites for compliance purposes, Ms. Walker assists clients in navigating demands and lawsuits concerning these technologies that are brought under the Video Privacy Protection Act, the California Invasion of Privacy Act, the California Shine The Light law, and similar state and federal laws. She works closely with client web developer teams to provide practical advice for website management.

Michael S. Summers
is an associate with the Denver office of Reed Smith LLP. He advises clients on domestic and international privacy compliance, helping organizations navigate complex regulatory frameworks with a practical, business-minded approach that aligns legal risk management with growth and innovation. Mr. Summers' experience spans United States, Canadian, and European Union privacy laws, including California's CCPA/CPRA, the GDPR, and Quebec's Law 25, as well as emerging and established regimes across Australia, Brazil, Japan, Korea, and India, in addition to general privacy counseling. In addition to privacy issues, he counsels clients on U.S. and international direct marketing laws covering email, SMS, telemarketing, and interest-based advertising, with an emphasis on consent design, preference management, and platform policies. Mr. Summers also negotiates and structures complex technology transactions, with a focus on SaaS, cloud services, adtech, data licensing, and AI-enabled solutions, addressing data-use rights, security obligations, service levels, and global compliance. His practice includes advising on AI governance and compliance, covering risk assessments, model-training-data strategy, vendor diligence, and transparency requirements. Mr. Summers' clients include leading companies in the retail, digital entertainment, and advertising sectors, among many others. He earned his B.A. degree from Pacific University and his J.D. degree from University of Denver Sturm College of Law.

Moish E. Peltz
is co-managing partner of the New York City office of Falcon Rappaport & Berkman LLP. He co-chairs FRB's Digital Assets Practice Group and chairs FRB's Intellectual Property Practice Group. Mr. Peltz oversees coordination between the Digital Asset Practice Group and all other practice groups of the firm, to ensure that the firm's clients receive the benefit of FRB's full-service approach, custom tailored to the unique issues presented by the blockchain industry. He also advises numerous venture technology companies on emerging technology and blockchain matters, with a focus on the intersection of IP and blockchain. Mr. Peltz has been advising cryptocurrency ventures since 2014, and combines his knowledge of the blockchain with a decade of IP and business law experience where he helps entrepreneurs grow their businesses and brands and resolve disputes. His practice encompasses both transactional and business litigation matters. Mr. Peltz's practice also focuses on U.S. and worldwide trademark prosecution and enforcement, including litigation before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB). His previous experience includes working at a premier IP law firm where he acted as trial counsel in numerous contested IP matters before U.S. District Courts and Courts of Appeal. Mr. Peltz has worked across numerous industries, including technology, energy and renewable energy, entertainment, media, and advertising, real estate, hospitality, education, cryptocurrency and NFTs, artificial intelligence (AI), legal cannabis (including hemp and CBD), and medical/health care. He has assisted entrepreneurs, artists, and non-profits with their various legal needs. Mr. Peltz earned his B.A. degree from Union College; and his J.D. degree, with Certificate in Intellectual Property Law, from University of Florida Frederic G. Levin College of Law.

Alice A. Kokodis
is a shareholder with the Boston office of Little Mendelson P.C., where she is a trusted advisor to employers on a wide range of workplace issues, with a practice focused on delivering strategic, business-oriented counsel. She works closely with multi-national companies and their legal and HR teams to navigate complex employment law challenges across jurisdictions. Her guidance spans the full employment lifecycle, from hiring and compensation to performance management, leave of absence, internal investigations, and terminations, with a focus on compliance and risk mitigation. Ms. Kokodis's advice is shaped by years of litigation experience. She has defended employers in a broad spectrum of employment disputes, including claims of discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful discharge, and wage and hour violations. Ms. Kokodis has appeared in over 15 jurisdictions and before federal and state courts, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination, and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority. This litigation background informs her practical, preventive approach to counseling, helping clients avoid disputes and prepare effectively when litigation is unavoidable. Ms. Kokodis is also a member of Littler's AI and Emerging Technologies working group. An active speaker, she regularly presents at domestic and international conferences on a variety of employment law topics. Ms. Kokodis's recent engagements have addressed workplace AI, compliance with paid leave laws across jurisdictions, and practical litigation strategies for in-house counsel and hr professionals. She is known for delivering clear, practical insights that help employers stay informed and make sound, forward-looking decisions. Ms. Kokodis earned her B.A. and M.P.H. degrees from Boston University, and her J.D. degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law.

Rachel S. Frey
focuses her practice on counseling and representing management clients on labor and employment law matters. She has defended employers in state and federal court against claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblowing and various other employment-related claims. She has represented management clients in the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the New Jersey Division on Civil Rights. Ms. Frey has successfully written briefs and dispositive motions and handled oral argument, including in the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division, and taken and defended numerous depositions. In addition, she counsels and represents management clients in unemployment compensation audits brought by the New Jersey Department of Labor. Ms. Frey also focuses on noncompetition and nondisclosure agreements and provides training on a variety of employment law topics. Before joining Littler, she served as a deputy attorney general for the New Jersey Attorney General's Office representing various state agencies in employment and constitutional matters. Ms. Frey also served as a law clerk to The Hon. Peter E. Warshaw, Jr., Presiding Judge in the Superior Court of the State of New Jersey, Criminal Division. During law school, she was a member of Drexel Law Review at Drexel University, Thomas R. Kline School of Law.
