Hon. Jeanette A. Irby
is a retired circuit court judge for the 20th Judicial Circuit of Virginia. She is currently managing director of Juridical Solutions PLC, where she mediates family law disputes which are most suited to alternative dispute resolution. Judge Irby is experienced in all areas of civil litigation, including complex business disputes, divorce (equitable distribution, spousal support and custody), and personal injury claims. Before going on the bench, she practiced law with her primary focus on domestic relations. Judge Irby earned her B.S. degree from Central Michigan University and her J.D. degree from Thomas W. Cooley Law School.

Ronald R. Petroff
is the founder and managing partner at the law firm of Petroff Law Offices, LLC. He practices exclusively in all aspects of family law. Mr. Petroff earned his B.A. degree from Vanderbilt University and his J.D. degree from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. He has been voted by the American Institute of Family Law Attorneys as one of the ten best family law lawyers under the age of 40 in the state of Ohio for 2014 and 2015. In 2015, Mr. Petroff was voted as being one of the nation's top 1% of attorneys by the National Association of Distinguished Counsel. He is admitted to practice in front of all state courts and agencies in the state of Ohio, as well as before the United States District Court for the Southern and Northern districts of Ohio.

Tamar O. Faulhaber
is an attorney and owner of Faulhaber Family Law, LLC. She is a trained guardian ad litem and domestic mediator; and over the past 17 years, has handled all types of family law matters, including divorces, child support, custody, legitimation and paternity, contempt, domestic violence, international custody disputes, appeals and jury trials. In addition to the practice of domestic litigation, Ms. Faulhaber also taught domestic relations law as an adjunct professor at John Marshall Law School in Atlanta. She is admitted to practice law in California, Arizona and Georgia, and is a member of the Family Law sections of the American and Atlanta bar associations. She served on the Rules Committee to establish and maintain the Fulton County Family Division, which has served as an example as a model of a family court to other counties in the state. Ms. Faulhaber also served on the Forms Committee of the Fulton County Family Law Information Center to assist citizens of the state to represent themselves in domestic matters. She earned her bachelor's degree in philosophy, magna cum laude, with honors, from Lafayette College and her J.D. degree from UCLA Law School.

Richard F. Iglar
is a partner at Skoloff & Wolfe, P.C. and has been with the firm since 1999. He has been certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Matrimonial Law Attorney. He has been listed as a "Super Lawyer" by New Jersey Monthly each year since 2010. Mr. Iglar is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML), a preeminent organization in the nation for family law practitioners. He served as the President of the New Jersey Chapter of the AAML for the 2020-2021 term. He is also a Fellow of the International Academy of Family Lawyers (IAFL). Mr Iglar has published a number of articles in blogs and The New Jersey Law Journal and has provided his expert legal commentary for television, radio and other printed media. He has appeared as a legal commentator on News12 New Jersey, analyzing a variety of family law topics, including custody matters, father's rights, the development of New Jersey family law and high-profile cases. Early in his career, Mr. Iglar was selected by peer review, conducted by Springboard Public Relations, as one of the "Top 10 Attorneys Under 40" in New Jersey. He was also one of youngest attorneys in the State to have been admitted to the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. Mr. Iglar devotes his career to the practice of family law and all of its aspects including divorce, custody, child support, alimony, domestic violence. His philosophy has always been to resolve every family law case with the priority on the client's goals and the client's financial and psychological needs. He graduated from Boston College Law School, where he was an editor of the Boston College International and Comparative Law Review. For his undergraduate education, he attended Rutgers College, and graduated Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa. He has appeared in the state, federal and the appellate courts of New Jersey and New York, including the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.

Hon. Thomas E. Scarr
is retired from the bench, bringing over four decades of litigation and appellate experience to his work as a mediator, arbitrator, and neutral. He recently completed his term as Chief Judge of the Intermediate Court of Appeals of West Virginia, where he served from the Court's inception in 2022 through the end of 2024. During his tenure, he authored numerous published decisions and helped establish the Court's early jurisprudential legacy. Before his appointment to the bench, Judge Scarr built a distinguished trial and appellate practice across West Virginia and the Mid-Atlantic. Throughout his career, he has tried more than 40 jury trials, handled complex commercial, construction, employment, and toxic tort matters, and represented clients in both state and federal courts. Judge Scarr served as Litigation Section Leader and Marketing Committee Chair at Jenkins Fenstermaker, PLLC, and earlier was a partner at Bowles Rice McDavid Graff & Love. He earned his B.A. degree with Distinction in English Literature from the University of Virginia and his J.D. degree from Marshall-Wythe School of Law, College of William & Mary. Mr. Scarr is a permanent member of the Judicial Conference, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and a member American Bar Association; Defense Research Institute.

Hon. William W. Sharp
retired as a Judge of the 26th Circuit Court, where he presided in Warren County. Before his election to the Circuit Court, Judge Sharp served as a Judge of the 26th District Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court for twenty-five years and was Chief Judge of that court from 1998 to 2007. Immediately following retirement Judge Sharp participated in the Judicial Settlement Program sponsored by the Supreme Court of Virginia. He was successful in settling numerous family law matters and other civil disputes. In 2018 Judge Sharp received an honor much prized by members of the judiciary, the Harry L. Carrico Outstanding Career Service Award. This award is given annually by the Judicial Council of Virginia to recognize a Judge who goes above and beyond the call of duty in giving back to the courts and the surrounding communities. The following year he received the 2019 Lelia Baum Hopper Service Award from the Virginia Council of Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court Judges. Judge Sharp was an active member of the Virginia Court Improvement Program Advisory Board, the Warren County Foster Care Best Practices Team, and the Frederick/Winchester Best Practices Team. He has previously served as chairman of the State Advisory Committee on Child Support Litigation and the Juvenile Court Judges/DCSE Support Committee. Before his election to the bench Judge Sharp practiced law in Front Royal, Virginia. He handled a variety of civil litigation matters, including personal injury, workers compensation, real estate disputes and contracts generally. He also handled criminal litigation in the Office of the Commonwealth's Attorney in Front Royal, Virginia. Mr. Sharp earned his B.A. degree from Yale College and his J.D. degree from Marshall-Wythe School of Law, College of William and Mary.
