Cindy G. Cole Ettingoff
is an attorney with Ettingoff Law and Mediation. She is engaged in virtually every aspect of labor and employment law practice and has represented employers, employees, and unions in litigation, contract negotiations, arbitrations, and mediations. Ms. Ettingoff is a Rule 31 general civil mediator, family mediator, and mediator trainer, CPR mediator, FINRA mediator, and is listed on the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Tennessee Mediator/Dispute Resolution Panel. She is a past chair of the Tennessee Bar Association ADR Section, immediate past president of the Tennessee Association of Professional Mediators and member of the Mid-South Community and Justice Center board. Ms. Ettingoff is a member of the American Bar Association (ADR, Labor and Employment Law, and Civil Rights and Social Justice Sections), and served as a case reviewer for the FLSA, FLMA, or workers' compensation subsections' 2018/2019, 2019/2020, 2021/2022 midwinter publications. Ms. Ettingoff earned her J.D. degree from the University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law.

Ryan J. Sterling
is an attorney at Reminger Co. LPA. Prior to joining Reminger, he handled civil litigation matters, including labor and employment, construction defect, product liability, and common law negligence matters in both federal and state court while employed at a midwest firm. Previously, as a deputy attorney general in the Government Litigation Section in the Office of the Indiana Attorney General, Mr. Sterling provided litigation work concerning labor and employment, breach of contract, common law negligence, judicial review, and constitutional challenges in both federal and state court. He earned his B.B.A. degree from Loyola University Chicago and his J.D. degree from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. Mr. Sterling is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association and the Indianapolis Bar Association. He is admitted to practice law in Indiana.

Roman Arce
is a member of the law firm of Marshall & Melhorn, LLC, where he focuses exclusively in labor and employment law. From 1992 to the present, Mr. Arce has practiced management-side labor law; construction industry labor law; employment litigation in state and federal courts; employment discrimination/harassment; workers‘ compensation; litigation under the FMLA, FLSA, ADA, OSHA, ERISA, Multiemployer Pension Plan Amendments Act, WARN Act, and affirmative action; wage and hour; and Ohio prevailing wage law compliance. He is a member of the Labor and Employment Law sections of the American, Ohio State, and Toledo bar associations. Mr. Arce earned his B.A. degree from the University of Notre Dame and his J.D. degree from the University of Michigan Law School.

David Gabor
is a partner with The Wagner Law Group where he focuses his practice in human resources consulting; which includes drafting policies, negotiation of contracts, training employees, representing employers during audits, and overseeing ADA compliance for websites. Mr. Gabor handles litigation in federal and state courts and at arbitrations in issues arising out of the employer-employee relationship. He also maintains an appellate practice. Mr. Gabor is a member of multiple professional organizations, including the New York State and Massachusetts bar associations, Northeast Human Resources Association, Society for Human Resource Management, and Labor and Employment Law Committee. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Michigan and his J.D. degree from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Centre.

is a partner in the Cleveland office of Brennan, Manna & Diamond, LLC. He is a distinguished former assistant U.S. attorney for the Northern District of Ohio, with over 30 years of experience. Mr. Primes has transitioned to serve as co-chair of BMD's business and tort litigation practice, and represents companies across the U.S. in high-stakes litigation. He has handled a wide variety of complex civil litigation in state, federal and appellate courts, including jury trials and appellate actions. Mr. Primes earned his B.S. degree from Ohio University and his J.D. degree from Georgetown University Law Center.

Trevor M. Jorgensen
is a senior associate in ArentFox Schiff LLP's labor, employment and OSHA practice who serves as a trusted advisor for his clients, advising employers on day-to-day workplace compliance and risk management. He counsels national employers on discrimination, harassment, and retaliation prevention; wage-and-hour compliance and employee classification; reasonable accommodations and leaves of absence; and onboarding, performance management, investigations, and separations. Mr. Jorgensen also regularly drafts employment, restrictive covenant, and separation agreements, and advises on trade secret protection and employee mobility. As part of his counseling practice, he also oversees affirmative action obligations and pay equity reviews, and conducts sensitive internal workplace investigations, partnering with clients to develop practical, business-oriented solutions. Mr. Jorgensen also represents employers before administrative agencies, arbitrators, mediators, and in all phases of state and federal court litigation. His litigation practice includes the defense of single-plaintiff and class or collective actions involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage-and-hour claims. Mr. Jorgensen earned his B.A. degree from University of Nebraska and his J.D. degree from University of Michigan Law School.

Brittanie Wagnon Carpenter
is an attorney with Bradley Murchison Kelly & Shea LLC. She works with oil and gas companies on title work, as well as medium and large companies on the development and implementation of contracts and employment best practices, policies, and handbooks. Ms. Wagnon Carpenter has represented both employees and employers in various employment matters related to wages, discrimination, and harassment. She also represents large insurance companies in their SIU investigations related to insurance fraud and insurance defense. Ms. Wagnon Carpenter earned her Bachelor of Science in elementary education, summa cum laude, from McNeese State University Honors College and her Juris Doctor and Graduate Diploma in comparative law, magna cum laude, from Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center. She is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association and the Shreveport Bar Association. Ms. Wagnon Carpenter is admitted to practice in United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana and the United States District Court for the Western District of Louisiana.
