Matthew DeLange
is an associate with the Milwaukee office of Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren s.c. He is a member of Reinhart's labor and employment and litigation practices, where he thrives on new challenges and using his counseling, litigation and research skills to help clients solve complex problems and move forward to achieve their goals. Mr. DeLange assists clients in a wide range of employment-related matters, including employment agreements, non-competes, responding to employment claims, wage and hour issues, equal rights issues and contract disputes, and with complex litigation involving both single plaintiff litigation and class actions. He also conducts labor and employment analysis as part of mergers and acquisitions due diligence. Mr. DeLange also focuses his litigation practice on real estate issues, including construction litigation, and is proactive and logical in helping clients resolve disputes in a cost-effective manner and avoiding future disputes. He works to be especially responsive, ensuring that his clients feel heard and understood. In addition, Mr. DeLange is a member of the firm's Artificial Intelligence Team, where he counsels clients regarding employment-related AI matters, including hiring, terminations, evaluations, discrimination, human resources functions and services, and employee advancement and merit considerations, and litigation. He earned his B.A. degree from Brigham Young University and JD degree, with distinction, from University of Iowa College of Law.

Susan B. Motschiedler
is a member of Parsons Behle & Latimer's employment and labor law, and litigation practice groups. She maintains a civil litigation practice with a focus on employment litigation and counseling, and business litigation. She earned her B.A. degree from Rhodes College and her J.D. degree from the University of Utah, S.J. Quinney College of Law. Ms. Motschiedler has been in practice since 2005.

Edward S. Bertrand
is a partner with Pierce Davis & Perritano LLP. His practice focuses on the defense of asbestos, toxic tort, and products liability actions. Mr. Bertrand primarily assists in the nationwide defense of an equipment manufacturer in asbestos litigation. His work involves all phases of litigation, from work with expert witnesses and deposition attendance, to preparation of dispositive motions and trial preparation. As a law student, Mr. Bertrand worked as a law clerk at two Boston general practice litigation firms, for a judge in Suffolk Superior Court, and for the Securities and Exchange Commission. He also participated in the Saul Lefkowitz Trademark Moot Court Competition in New York City. Prior to joining Pierce Davis & Perritano LLP, Mr. Bertrand earned a fellowship with a professor at Northeastern University School of Law where he studied the public financing of private sports stadiums. He earned his A.B. degree, cum laude, from Bowdoin College and J.D. degree from Northeastern University School of Law. He is admitted in Massachusetts and Maine.

Megan Knowlton Balne
is a partner with Hyland Levin Shapiro LLP, where she concentrates her practice in the areas of employment, counseling and commercial litigation. She serves as a trustee of the Burlington County Bar Association and founding member of the New Jersey Law Journal's Young Lawyers Advisory Board. Ms. Balne was selected for the New Jersey State Bar Association's Professional Achievement Award. She earned her B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from Ramapo College and her J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Rutgers University School of Law-Camden.

Amina M. Mack
is the managing partner with The Mack Law Firm, PLLC in Raleigh, North Carolina. Practice areas include employment law, personal injury, workers' compensation and Social Security disability. With over a decade of experience, Ms. Mack is committed to fighting for justice and providing compassionate, strategic legal support. She is a member of North Carolina Bar Association; Wake County Bar Association; and Eastern, Middle and Western districts of North Carolina. Ms. Mack is admitted to practice in North Carolina, Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

David Lubben
is an attorney at Davis & Campbell L.L.C., emphasizing both employment litigation and commercial litigation in his practice. He represents employers in all aspects of employment disputes, including protecting proprietary information, enforcing non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, collective action wage and hour disputes, OSHA compliance, immigration compliance, FMLA and other leave issues, and employee benefits disputes. Mr. Lubben regularly defends EEOC and state discrimination charges, and frequently represents employers in discrimination and retaliation lawsuits filed in state and federal courts and in arbitration proceedings. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Labor and Employment Law Section. Mr. Lubben earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Illinois and his J.D. degree, with distinction, from Stanford Law School.

Brian B. Selchick
is a partner with Cullen and Dykman LLP's Corporate Department. He also serves as the firm's labor and employment practice group leader and as a member of the higher education practice group. Mr. Selchick is an experienced labor and employment lawyer with a focus on representing employers and executives in both the public and private sectors. From serving as the chief negotiator in union contract negotiations to conducting workplace investigations to advising on day-to-day employment matters, his practice encapsulates all aspects of labor and employment law. Mr. Selchick frequently serves as outside labor counsel to companies and governmental entities, including serving as outside counsel to the New York State Assembly's Committee on Ethics and Guidance. He routinely handles high stake and sensitive employment matters for employers. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Selchick served as the director of employee relations and training for the University at Albany for the State University of New York, where he managed a unionized workforce of approximately 5,000 employees represented by six different statewide unions. During his time with the University, he conducted over 1,500 internal investigations involving fraud, workplace misconduct, discrimination, hostile work environment claims, breach of contract, Public Officers Law violations, out-of-title claims, improper practice charges, unethical behavior and other general matters. During his career, Mr. Selchick successfully and directly handled the separation of employees from state service, including dozens of just cause terminations. He also represented the interests of the University in labor-management meetings, disciplinary, contract and administrative matters, including at the New York State Public Employment Relations Board ("PERB"). Additionally, Mr. Selchick handled matters relating to statutory compliance with respect to FERPA, OWBPA, ADEA, ADA, OTETA, NYS Human Rights Law, NYS Corrections Law and critically, NYS Civil Service Law, namely, the Taylor Law. He earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, from Union College and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Albany Law School.

Dean R. Dietrich
, a shareholder with Weld Riley, S.C., has represented clients in the areas of lawyer ethics and professional responsibility for more than 40 years. He has represented attorneys in matters before the Wisconsin Supreme Court and the Office of Lawyer Regulation, and consults with law firms and lawyers regularly regarding compliance with the Rules of Professional Conduct. Mr. Dietrich has served as chair of the State Bar Committee on Professional Ethics, in addition to past service on the committee appointed by the Wisconsin Supreme Court to review changes to the Wisconsin Rules of Professional Conduct for Attorneys. He is a member of the ABA's Center for Professional Responsibility and the Association of Professional Responsibility Lawyers. Mr. Dietrich is a past president of the State Bar of Wisconsin. He is a graduate of Marquette University Law School.
