Gregory H. Taggart
is the owner of Taggart Law, LLC, where he practices estate planning, business planning, probate, and firearms law. He is a member of WealthCounsel. Mr. Taggart works in Utah and Wyoming, and is a member of the Utah, Wyoming, and Michigan Bar Associations. He attended the University of Wyoming College of Law for two years and received his J.D. degree from Thomas Cooley Law School. Mr. Taggart was an adjunct professor at Brigham Young University for 20 years. In a previous life, he wrote for various Bloomberg magazines, Wealthmanagement.com, and Institutional Investor, among others.

Kevin L. Jamison
is an attorney in private practice at Jamison Associates PC since 1983, doing criminal, immigration, divorce and general practice with a concentration in the area of weapons and self-defense. Mr. Jamison helped found the Western Missouri Shooters Alliance in 1989 and taught its personal protection course since its inception, primarily the legal instruction. This culminated in the WMSA video "Missouri Weapons and Self-Defense Law." Since 1989 he has served as an officer and director of WMSA. Mr. Jamison is currently president of Missourians for Personal Safety and the Missouri Sport Shooting Association. He currently teaches the legal section of the License To Carry course. Mr. Jamison taught undergraduate courses in criminal law, law and society, and law and terrorism at Avila College (now Avila University). Mr. Jamison earned his B.S. degree from the University of Missouri - Columbia; and his J.D. degree from the University of Missouri - Kansas City School of Law. His article, "Concealed Weapons and the Travelers' Defense" was published in the March-April, 2000 Journal of The Missouri Bar. He contributes a legal column entitled "It Doesn't Have to Make Sense, It's Just the Law" to Concealed Carry Magazine. Mr. Jamison wrote the WMSA "Stay Out of Jail Card" summarizing Missouri weapons and self-defense law. He is the author of the book Missouri Weapons and Self-Defense Law and contributed a chapter, "Bowie Knife Law," to Bowie Knives and Bayonets of the Ben Palmer Collection. In December, 2007, he and Tim Oliver co-produced a 2-disc DVD set, Missouri Concealed Carry and Self-Defense Law, which covers the legal requirements for the license to carry class and is used by many instructors.

Kelsey L. Baughman
is an attorney in the Cleveland office of Flannery | Georgalis LLC. She served as managing editor of the Cleveland State Law Review during Law School. Prior to law school, Ms. Baughman worked in the insurance industry. He earned her B.S. degree from Cornell University and her J.D. degree from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.

John W. Chapman
has practiced law in Maine for over 40 years. He represents PORAC (U.S. Border Patrol), Fraternal Order of Police, Androscoggin County Employee Association, Professional Fire Fighters of Maine and National Correctional Employees Union. Mr. Chapman has co-authored legislation in the area of mental health and firearms with the Governor's Office and the Sportsman's Alliance of Maine. He teaches use of deadly and nondeadly force at the Maine Criminal Justice Academy to cadets, law enforcement firearms instructors, and judicial marshals. Mr. Chapman developed and periodically updates the protocol for representation of law enforcement officers involved in critical incidents. He is the counselor at arms for the Gun Owners of Maine, and is an avid shooter, archer and reloader. Mr. Chapman is admitted to practice in the Maine courts, U.S. District Court for the District of Maine, First Circuit Court of Appeals, U.S. Supreme Court, and Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms.
