Frederic W. Knaak
is a partner in the law firm HKB Law, P.A. Recently, he has moved that practice into North Star Law Group in St. Paul, Minnesota, where he heads the municipal law group. Mr. Knaak has represented cities and other local units of government for more than 45 years. His practice includes real estate, zoning and land use, municipal law, public and election law, including substantial trial and appellate litigation experience state and federal courts. For ten years, Mr. Knaak served in the Minnesota Senate, representing a suburban district northeast of St. Paul. He was the Minority Floor Leader, and served during his entire tenure on the Data Practices Subcommittee, where he was directly involved in the drafting and amending of the Minnesota Data Practices Act and the Open Meeting Law of that state. People in Minnesota may recognize Mr. Knaak as a regular political panelist on the Public Television Almanac program. He was also lead attorney in the United States Senate election recount in Minnesota in 2008. In addition, Mr. Knaak was recently appointed to the Criminal and Juvenile Information Policy Advisory Group.

Sharon Geuea Jones
is an attorney and the owner of Jones Advocacy Group. She is an advocate and licensed attorney in Missouri using her two decades of nonprofit association experience to advocate for individual rights, government transparency, and corporate accountability. Ms. Jones earned her B.A. degree from Central Methodist University and her J.D. degree from the University of Missouri - Columbia, School of Law. She is admitted to practice law in Missouri.

Nimrod Chapel, Jr.
is an attorney and founder of The Chapel Law Group, LLC. He is a Missouri trial lawyer and former commissioner of the Administrative Hearing Commission, who has dedicated his professional and private life to helping people stand up for their rights. Mr. Chapel's specialties include taxation, litigation, administrative procedure, employment law, and environmental law. He earned his B.S. degree from Oklahoma State University; his J.D. degree from Tulane Law School; and his LL.M. degree in taxation from Washington University. Mr. Chapel is admitted to practice law in Missouri.

Marshall A. Hevron
is a partner in the law firm of Adams and Reese LLP, where he is an associate in the litigation practice group in the firm's New Orleans office. He has represented utility companies in numerous expropriations cases and individual landowners in property disputes; experienced working on commercial business disputes; advised clients on a number of government contracting issues; and assisted clients in complying with the Louisiana Public Bid Law and the Louisiana Ethics Code. Mr. Hevron earned his B A. degree from St. John's College, and his J.D. degree from Tulane University School of Law, where he also earned a Certificate in Civil Law Studies.
