As a trial attorney, Mr. Jung litigated cases in federal court on behalf of aggrieved individuals and the EEOC in matters involving Title VII of the Civil Rights, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Equal Pay Act. In his role as an administrative judge, he was responsible for adjudicating cases filed by federal employees against their agencies. As an enforcement supervisor, Mr. Jung managed the investigation, conciliation, and litigation development of cases to be filed in federal court. As EEOC's state and local program manager, he was responsible for reviewing and auditing the investigation and litigation development of employment discrimination cases that were dual filed with 12 State and Local Fair Employment Practice Agencies, including the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission, Philadelphia Commission on Human Relations, and the New Jersey Division of Civil Rights.
