Sonya Murphy
has served as an attorney advisor at the U.S. Small Business Administration - Office of Disaster Assistance and as a contract advisor for the Internal Revenue Service. She presently maintains a solo transactional practice, which focuses on business law and estate planning. Ms. Murphy earned her bachelor's degree from Tennessee Tech University - College of Business and her J.D. degree from Charlotte School of Law, where she obtained a Leadership Excellence Certification. She is admitted to practice law in Tennessee.

Sharon L. Michaels
is the owner of her law firm located in Houston, Texas. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in journalism, with honors, from Northwestern University; and her J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Houston. The First Court of Appeals in Houston selected Ms. Michaels as a briefing attorney with attendance at the court's oral arguments for cases upon appeal and drafted proposed court opinions for Justice James Warren. After service with the court, she began her own law firm emphasizing on the areas of trusts, estate planning, probate, and business transactional work.

is an attorney at The Law Offices of Patrick Accisano LLC where he focuses his practice on Estate Planning, Probate & Estate Administration, Estate Disputes and Litigation, Elder Planning, and Guardianships. Mr. Accisano received his B.A., cum laude from the University of Delaware and his J.D. from the University of Maryland School of Law. He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, Monmouth County Bar Association, Monmouth County Bar Association Estate and Probate Committee, Monmouth County Bar Association Elder Law Committee, and Monmouth County Bar Association Chancery Practice Committee. Mr. Accisano is admitted to practice law before the Supreme Court of New Jersey, U.S. District Court District of New Jersey, and the U.S. Tax Court. He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and is peer-rated as a Superlawyer in the area of Estate and Trust litigation.

is an attorney and CPA at Rex Crandell Firm, and as many years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, financial statement preparation, audits, reviews, and consulting. He has prepared thousands of income tax returns, from simple to the most complex, including: individuals, businesses (small & large), partnerships, S and C corporations, limited liability companies, estates, trusts, non-profits, homeowner associations, and sales tax and payroll reports. Mr. Crandell prepares business financial statements that are compiled, audited or reviewed. He represents taxpayers before the IRS, Franchise Tax Board, Employment Development Department, and the State Board of Equalization. Mr. Crandell earned his B.A. degree from San Francisco State University; his J.D. degree from Northwestern California University, School of Law; his B.S. degree from Northwestern California University; and M.B.A. degree from Columbia Pacific University. He is admitted to practice law in California.

Leslie E. Levin
is a partner at Hinman, Howard & Kattell LLP and works out of the White Plains and New York City offices. She is a member of the wills, trusts and estates, elder law and guardianships and not-for-profit corporations and foundations practice groups. Ms. Levin practices in estate planning, probate, estate and trust administration, gift and generation-skipping tax transfer planning, creation and termination of not-for-profit organizations, charitable planning, special needs and disability planning, Medicaid planning, and elder law. As part of her practice, she works with litigators in developing strategy and offering expertise in the realm of trusts and estates litigation. Ms. Levin also serves as executor for client's estates and as a trustee for a number of trusts. She earned her B.A. degree, summa cum laude, high honors, from Brandeis University and her J.D. degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. Ms. Levin is admitted to practice in both New York and Connecticut.
