Stephen T. Kopko
is an attorney with Anzalone & Doyle in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania where he focuses on plaintiff's personal injury, including injuries resulting from motor-vehicle accidents, slip/trip and fall events, medical malpractice, and nursing home negligence. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Pennsylvania Association of Justice, Northeastern Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, Lackawanna County Bar Association, and Wilkes-Barre Law and Library Association. Mr. Kopko is a 2008 magna cum laude graduate of King's College with a degree in political science, where he received the John F. Kennedy award for having the highest GPA in political science. He then received his J.D. degree from Syracuse University College of Law. After graduating from law school, Mr. Kopko worked as a volunteer public defender in Lackawanna County and then at a local law firm. Prior to working at Anzalone Law, he worked for a local law firm that specialized in representing insurance companies in personal injury matters. Mr. Kopko has represented insurance companies at each stage of litigation, including at trial and at the Pennsylvania Superior Court. In 2023, he decided to change his career path and use his skills and knowledge to benefit victims in personal injury matters. Mr. Kopko's prior experience provides him with unique insight into how the insurance industry operates, which he uses to help his clients. In 2019, he was named to the Top 20 under 40 by the Northeast Business Journal. This honor recognized Mr. Kopko as one of the top professionals in all of Northeastern Pennsylvania. He was one or only two attorneys honored that year. In addition to being a litigator, Mr. Kopko has also published articles analyzing civil litigation issues. These articles have appeared in the Pennsylvania Law Weekly and the Pennsylvania Lawyer magazine. He resides in Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania with wife, Julia, and two daughters, Imogene and Ruby. Mr. Kopko is active in his community serving as a co-chairperson of the Our Lady of the Snows Country Bazaar. He is also a lector for Our Lady of the Snows. Mr. Kopko also volunteers his time as a pro-bono solicitor for the Abington Area Joint Recreation Board.

Benjamin Present
joined Kline & Specter from another Philadelphia law firm, Conrad O'Brien, P.C., which defends Fortune 500 companies as well as government entities and individuals. He handled pleadings, discovery, motions, hiring of experts, settlement negotiations and trial preparation in more than 30 civil cases. Mr. Present also represented witnesses, managed large-scale document production and represented clients in plea and sentencing hearings and before grand juries. In one case, he was the lead author of a 70-page appellate brief. For his efforts, Mr. Present was selected as a Pennsylvania Rising Star by Super Lawyers each year from 2019 to 2024. The independent attorney survey group recognizes the top 2.5 percent of attorneys in the state who are 40 or younger or practicing ten years or less. Prior to working at the law firm, he was a judicial intern in the office of U.S. District Judge Timothy J. Savage of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, where he worked on cases involving constitutional law, civil procedure, contracts and government immunity. Mr. Present earned his undergraduate degree in journalism at the University of Maryland, and his J.D. degree from Beasley School of Law at Temple University. He is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Mr. Present is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association.

Derek R. Layser
is a shareholder and chairman of the Medical Malpractice Department at Friedman Schuman Layser, where he has an active trial practice in the areas of medical malpractice, product liability and catastrophic loss litigation throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He is a frequent speaker on a variety of issues, including trial practice techniques and civil practice matters. Mr. Layser is an active member of the American, Pennsylvania, New Jersey State and Philadelphia bar associations, as well as The American Association for Justice, New Jersey Association for Justice, Pennsylvania Association for Justice and Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association. He earned his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the Delaware Law School of Widener University.

Sean P. Hart
is a shareholder at Kent/McBride. His practice scope entails all aspects of civil litigation including personal injury, commercial litigation, liability defense, consumer fraud, and business disputes. Mr. Hart has successfully counseled clients on a variety of complex legal issues and has demonstrated a track record of success through numerous legal accomplishments. He has represented clients of all sizes in complex litigation matters including individuals, small businesses, Fortune 500 companies, and government entities. Prior to joining Kent/McBride, Mr. Hart was an associate attorney at a litigation firm in Gibbsboro, New Jersey where he concentrated his practice on personal injury, product liability claims, consumer fraud, professional malpractice, municipal court violations, and commercial litigation. He is a graduate of Rutgers University School of Law, where he was admitted into the highly selective and rigorous JD/MBA program. Mr. Hart finished both degrees a semester early due to his outstanding achievement and scholarship as a student. During law school, he clerked for a global Fortune 100 insurance company where he focused his work on matters such as motor vehicle collisions, slip and fall accidents, dog bites and products liability cases. Mr. Hart earned his bachelor's degree in business administration from Drexel University where he was a double-major in marketing and legal studies. Prior to graduation, he was awarded with the prestigious "Emerging Leader" award by Drexel University. Mr. Hart is admitted to practice law in the state of New Jersey, The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.

is a dedicated attorney licensed in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and the U.S. Federal District Court for New Jersey. Kristina E. Cahill
is an attorney at Summers, McDonnell, Hudock, Guthrie & Rauch, P.C. Prior to joining the firm, she worked for Legal Counsel for the Elderly. In addition, Ms. Cahill previously worked for Allegheny County's Office of Children, Youth, and Families. Her present practice involves all aspects of tort, casualty, and insurance defense litigation. Ms. Cahill represents the interests of her insured and self-insured clients in both state and federal court. Where it is advantageous to do so, she also represents her clients in matters involving ADR, including arbitration and mediation. Ms. Cahill earned her B.A. degree from the University of Pittsburgh and her J.D. degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. She is admitted to practice in the state of Pennsylvania.
