Shannon Bauer Miloch
is an attorney at Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton, LLP, formerly HMB Legal Counsel. She is a member of the firm's private client, trusts and estates group and focuses her practice on estate planning and administration. Representing executors and trustees in probate proceedings and estate administrations, Ms. Bauer Miloch helps clients handling accountings, investments, tax compliance and the other day-to-day aspects of serving as a fiduciary. She earned her B.A. degree, cum laude, from the University of Kentucky; her M.A.T. in secondary education, highest honors; and her J.D. degree from Loyola University Chicago. Ms. Bauer Miloch is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association and Women's Bar Association of Illinois. She is admitted to practice law in Illinois.

Mollie A. Whitehead
is a partner at WhiteheadFink Elder Law LLC in Chicago, Illinois. She has been representing clients in the areas of estate planning, probate, guardianships, Medicaid planning, elder law and trust administration for over seventeen years. Ms. Whitehead regularly handles probate and guardianship cases in Cook County Circuit Court. She is a former chair of the Serving our Seniors committee of the Chicago Bar Association, and currently volunteers with the Center for Disability and Elder Law. Ms. Whitehead often speaks at legal education seminars for National Business Institute and Illinois Institute of Continuing Legal Education for the topics of probate, Medicaid planning and estate planning. She earned her B.A. degree, magna cum laude and with honors, from Illinois Wesleyan University and her J.D. from American University, Washington College of Law, where she was a Dean's Fellow.

Shayla L. Maatuka
has transitioned her solo law practice in Urbana to become a partner at Maatuka Al-Heeti Emkes LLC, where she currently serves as managing partner. With a robust background as an entrepreneur who has successfully launched four businesses, Ms. Maatuka combines her business and legal expertise. Her practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation, personal injury, workers' compensation, and business litigation. Ms. Maatuka has previously held positions on the boards of the East Central Illinois Women Attorneys Association, Executive Club of Champaign County and Champaign County Urban League. She earned her J.D. degree from the University of Illinois, and is admitted to practice law in Illinois and before the U.S. Northern and Central districts of Illinois Court.

Eric R. Wilen
is an attorney with the Naperville Law Firm of Brooks, Tarulis & Tibble, LLC. His practice is focused on representing business owners and high net worth families in the areas of estate planning, business succession planning, wealth transfer planning and the administration and settlement of trusts and estates. Mr. Wilen has substantial expertise in many areas of the tax law ranging from advising start-ups on choice of entity issues, income tax issues for family controlled and closely-held entities, assisting with compliance on estate, gift and fiduciary tax returns and representing taxpayers in controversies with the Internal Revenue Service and other tax authorities. He earned his B.A. degree in finance from Michigan State University, Eli Broad College of Business. After undergraduate college, Mr. Wilen attended the Detroit College of Law (which is now known as Michigan State University College of Law), receiving his J.D. degree, cum laude. After law school, he pursued graduate legal studies at the New York University School of Law receiving an LL.M. degree in taxation. Mr. Wilen is licensed to practice in Illinois and Michigan. He has also been admitted to practice before the U.S. Tax Court and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Mr. Wilen is a member of the DuPage County Bar Association, and a past president of the DuPage County Estate Planning Council. He is a frequent speaker on topics relating to the taxation of estates and trusts. Mr. Wilen is a long-time resident of Naperville and is very active in the community having served as the Board President of Senior Home Sharing, a non-profit organization, dedicated to providing seniors in DuPage County with an opportunity to live independently in affordable family-style homes. He also served as the Board Secretary for the Indian Prairie Educational Foundation, a non-profit organization, dedicated to providing enhanced educational programs for students in the Indian Prairie School District 204.

is a senior associate with SPENCE | BRIERLEY, PC, where she focuses on the areas of estate, trust, and fiduciary litigation, as well as estate administration, and probate law. She is a member of Baltimore County Bar Association, Anne Arundel Bar Association, Maryland State Bar Association, as well as Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, International Association of Document Examiners, Anne Arundel Estate Planning Counsel, and Baltimore County Provider Council (professional community dedicated to improving lives of older adults). Ms. Johnson earned both her B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of Illinois. She is admitted to practice in the state of Maryland.
