Timothy C. Pickart
is an attorney with the Law Offices of Timothy Cahill Pickart, specializing in estate planning, trust administration and probate. He is a certified specialist in estate planning, trust and probate law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. Mr. Pickart primarily represents business owners, professionals and other high net worth individuals. His focus is to be pro-active, reduce risk and protect clients before problems arise. Mr. Pickart also is an instructor in the paralegal certificate program at the University of California, Irvine, where he has taught a course on estate planning. He earned his undergraduate degree from Stanford University and his J.D. degree from Pepperdine University School of Law.

Susan B. Share
is a sole practitioner in Encino, California, at the Law Offices of Susan Share. She has been an attorney for more than 35 years and focuses her practice on estate planning, trust administration, and probate. Ms. Share is a member of the Beverly Hills Estate Planning Council, and the Trusts and Estates Section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association. She served as a former chair Executive Committee of the Solo and Small Firm Section of the State Bar of California. Ms. Share earned her B.A. degree from Reed College and her J.D. degree from Lewis and Clark Law School.

Alexander C. Winkle
is a senior associate in the estates and trusts group at Henderson, Caverly & Pum LLP, where he assists clients in estate planning, estate and trust administration, and a variety of tax-related matters. He earned both his J.D. and LL.M. degrees in 2015, with honors, from Loyola Law School of Los Angeles. During law school, Mr. Winkle clerked for the Internal Revenue Service and the Franchise Tax Board. He earned his B.A. degree in political science and his B.F.A. degree in film production from Chapman University, both with University Honors, cum laude. Prior to joining Henderson, Caverly & Pum LLP, Mr. Winkle was an associate attorney at Schwartz Law Group, Inc. from 2016-2021, where he designed, drafted, and implemented comprehensive federal, state, and international tax planning; estate planning; and business planning for businesses and individuals with a focus on control, growth, profitability, protection of assets and succession planning. He also represented clients in probate matters before the California Superior Court. Mr. Winkle is a certified specialist in both estate planning, trust and probate law as well as taxation law by the California State Bar Board of Legal Specialization, and served on the board of several non-profit organizations including Habitat for Humanity Monterey Bay.

is the principal attorney of The Elder & Disability Law Firm, APC in Redlands, California. Ms. Wang is the co-author of a national elder law treatise, The Elder Law Portfolio Series, published by Aspen Publishers and Wolters Kluwer Law and Business. Ms. Wang has taught CLE courses on Medi-Cal planning, VA aid and attendance benefit planning and advanced estate planning techniques. She has served over 5500 clients in estate planning, special-needs planning, elder law, Medi-Cal planning, VA benefit planning and trust administration. She is happy that through her help, her clients receive Medi-Cal benefit and VA aid and attendance benefit in order to pay for home care, assisted living care and skilled nursing care.

is the principal attorney at a boutique law firm focusing on trusts and estates matters and partition of real property, with offices in San Francisco and Sonoma, California. She regularly handles trust and probate litigation, conservatorships, estate planning, trust and probate administration matters and the partition of real property. Ms. Harrington is a California Probate Referee for San Francisco County and an editor and contributor to the CEB California Conservatorship Practice Guide, Special Needs Trust Practice Guide and Decedent's Estates Practice Guide . She has been recognized as a "Super Lawyer" and by Chambers and Partners. She frequently gives talks on probate topics and is an adjunct professor of estate planning at San Francisco State University. Ms. Harrington received her B.A. degree in political science and sociology from the University of California, Davis, and her J.D. degree from University of California, Hastings College of the Law. Ms. Harrington is the former Mayor of the town of Sonoma, California.
