William M. Daley
is an attorney at Robinson & Cole LLP. He focuses his practice on insurance coverage litigation and business litigation. Mr. Daley handles a range of insurance coverage and claims litigation, including matters involving property, liability, life, health, disability, professional liability matters. He assists clients facing a range of commercial disputes, including claims of breach of contract; business torts such as fraud, misrepresentation, conversion, and interference with contract; unfair and deceptive trade practices; RICO violations; securities and antitrust violations; and intellectual property claims. Mr. Daley earned his B.S. degree from Newbury College and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Roger Williams University School of Law.

Kristin B. Pettey
is an experienced litigator with Roberts, Carroll, Feldstein & Peirce, Inc. with a practice focused on professional malpractice defense. She represents hospitals, physicians, nurses, and other health care providers in Rhode Island and Massachusetts Courts, and before administrative licensing boards. Ms. Pettey has successfully represented clients in state and federal courts in Rhode Island and Massachusetts, and has been involved in both jury and bench trials with several favorable verdicts. She earned her B.A. degree, cum laude, from College of the Holy Cross and her J.D. degree, cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School. Ms. Pettey is a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association, and is admitted to practice in Rhode Island and Massachusetts.

Jeffrey J. Oates
focuses his practice on professional malpractice defense. He defends doctors, hospitals, and other health care providers in malpractice suits. Mr. Oates represents the firm's clients before the Rhode Island Superior Court, as well as before licensing and administrative boards, drafting discovery and dispositive motions and presenting oral argument. He earned his B.A. degree from University of Northern Colorado, his M.A. degree from University of Northern Colorado and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Roger Williams University School of Law.
