Fred J. Forman
is a founding shareholder and director of Forman Law Group, P.A., with offices in New Hampshire, Maine and Massachusetts. Having drafted thousands of trusts, estate, and asset protection plans from basic to extremely complex, he is considered one of New England's most experienced estate planning, asset protection and elder law attorneys. Mr. Forman drafted some of the first Self-Settled Asset Protection Trusts in New Hampshire. He has authored a host of published articles, and has co-authored numerous books on estate, asset protection and elder law planning, used as reference material for lawyers, accountants, enrolled agents and financial advisors. Mr. Forman has repeatedly been a guest lecturer at the Maine State and New Hampshire bar associations; New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Maine Societies of Certified Public Accountants and Enrolled Agents; and The New Hampshire Municipal Association. He also advises cities and towns on the real estate tax implications of various estate planning devices. Mr. Forman has been engaged as an expert witness on estate, asset protection and elder law planning, and has testified as an expert witness on matters in these areas of law.

Lisa Ura Bollinger
is a partner with Black, LaFrance & Bollinger, LLC, where she practices in the areas of divorce and family law, estate planning, general litigation, landlord representation in evictions and collection. She graduated from Notre Dame College and later from Franklin Pierce Law Center (now the University of New Hampshire School of Law.) Ms. Bollinger is admitted to practice in New Hampshire and the U.S. District Court (1st District NH).

is a sole practitioner with La Roque Law P.L.L.C. in Rumney, New Hampshire. He helps individuals and organizations comply with laws, regulations, and industry standards governing information, data privacy, security, and tax. Mr. La Roque-Doherty creates and reviews data privacy agreements and advanced software licenses. He also provides tax preparation, representation, resolution, and consulting for individuals, estates, partnerships, and small businesses. Mr. La Roque-Doherty is licensed to practice law in California, New Hampshire, New York and the District of Columbia. He earned his Bachelor's, Master's and J.D. degrees from the University of California, Berkeley.

Peter A. Moustakis
is a founder and managing member of Sowerby & Moustakis Law, PLLC. He practices in the areas of elder law, estate planning, wills, trusts, Medicaid issues, small business law, LLC formation, and all matters related to firearms in trust administration. Mr. Moustakis is also an adjunct professor at Merrimack College. He has contributed to two family law publications, and written a book called Estate Planning and the Modern Family: Old School Meets New School. Mr. Moustakis is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association and has a membership affiliation with NAELA (National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys). He is admitted to practice in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. Mr. Moustakis earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Massachusetts, Boston and his J.D. degree from New England Law, Boston.
