Brent L. Hinders
is a shareholder at Hopkins & Huebner, P.C. He has been practicing law in Iowa for over 18 years. Mr. Hinders is a graduate of Simpson College, Drake University College of Business and Public Administration, and Drake University Law School. He has been named a "Best Lawyer" in the State of Iowa since 2020 in the areas of Employment benefits law; Employer and Employee Labor and Employment law, and; as a litigator in the areas of labor, employment, and municipal law. As an attorney for both private and public employers and employees Mr. Hinders has advised and litigated a variety of areas including employee policies and handbooks; discrimination; harassment, and; other issues affecting laws and conditions of work in the workplace. He also has experience in investigating a variety of employment claims for employers of all types and sizes. Mr. Hinders is an experienced speaker on employment and municipal issues throughout the State of Iowa and has spoken at a variety of seminars, webinars, conferences, and other gatherings to a wide range of audiences. Hadley M. Simonett
is an associate in the Minneapolis, Minnesota, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. While attending law school, she was awarded the Minnesota Bar Association Law Student Award for Excellence in Employment Law and recognized for her dedication to public service. Ms. Simonett served as an editor of the Minnesota Journal of International Law, and president of the Student Employment and Labor Law Association from 2017-2019. She also participated in the Mediation Clinic, completing the 30-hour civil mediation training and becoming Minnesota Rule 114 Neutral roster eligible. Ms. Simonett earned her B.S. and B.B.A. degrees, summa cum laude, from the University of North Dakota, her LL.M. degree from Uppsala University School of Law and her J.D. degree from the University of Minnesota Law School. She is admitted to practice in Iowa, North Dakota and Minnesota.

Peter E. Hansen
is a partner at Amundsen Davis LLC. As a former human resources supervisor, he understands the challenges his clients face, including being on the receiving end of a lawsuit brought on by a former employee. What he remembers of the experience is the assurance he felt when working with his employment lawyer to resolve the matter. Today Mr. Hansenhe strives to give his own clients the same comfort and confidence of knowing that everything is under control, and that he will do whatever is necessary to represent their interests. He defends employers against claims of discrimination and retaliation under the state and federal laws, including the ADA, ADEA, FMLA, FLSA, IHRA, and Title VII. Mr. Hansen represents clients in all phases of state, federal and administrative agency litigation and government hearings. He works with employers of all sizes in many different industries, including security, construction, health care, and nonprofit. Mr. Hansen is also a prolific writer and speaker on labor and employment topics. He serves as associate editor of the Kane County Bar Briefs Magazine. Mr. Hansen earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Northern Illinois University and his J.D. degree from Marquette University Law School.

Nicole Proesch
has a practice that focuses on employment law, education law, licensing and administrative law, boards and commissions, and local government. In her employment law practice, she represents public and private sector employers in labor and employment matters. In that role, Ms. Proesch has successfully represented clients in state and federal cases involving a broad range of labor and employment laws, including Title VII, American with Disabilities Act and Age Discrimination in Employment Act. She also has extensive experience investigating and handling matters filed with the Iowa Civil Rights Commission and related federal and state agencies. Ms. Proesch's work before these agencies includes assisting clients at the early charge stage, during governmental investigations, and throughout any subsequent litigation. In addition to her litigation experience, she has experience counseling employers on a wide range of labor and employment issues, including cybersecurity issues, discrimination, harassment, FMLA and medical issues in the workplace, technology issues, and discipline matters. In her counseling practice, Ms. Proesch takes a proactive approach to responding and resolving various employment issues and assists her clients in establishing policies and procedures necessary to comply with the ever-changing law. She also has a vast education law practice. In this practice, Ms. Proesch represents school districts, school boards, and Iowa school administrators in contract and other employment matters within their districts. She conducts a myriad of investigations for various districts throughout the state including Title IX and level two investigations. Ms. Proesch also works on licensing issues in front of the Board of Educational Examiners and Iowa Department of Education.

Michael R. Luchsinger
is a shareholder in the Chicago office of Segal McCambridge Singer & Mahoney. He has extensive experience overseeing labor and employment matters involving Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Labor Standards Act, Illinois Wage Payment and Collections Act and the Biometric Information Privacy Act. Mr. Luchsinger regularly appears before the Equal Employment Rights Opportunity Commission, Illinois Department of Human Rights, Illinois Human Rights Commission, Illinois Department of Labor, National Labor Relations Board and Illinois state and federal courts. In addition, he has deep trial experience defending clients in catastrophic cases alleging construction, trucking and motor vehicle negligence. Mr. Luchsinger earned his B.S. degree from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee and his J.D. degree from the University of Illinois - Chicago. He is admitted to practice in Illinois and Wisconsin.

David Gabor
is a partner with The Wagner Law Group, where he focuses his practice in human resources consulting, includes drafting policies, negotiation of contracts, training employees, representing employers during audits, and overseeing ADA compliance for websites. Mr. Gabor handles litigation in federal and state courts and at arbitrations in issues arising out of the employer-employee relationship. He also maintains an appellate practice. Mr. Gabor is a member of multiple professional organizations, including the New York State and Massachusetts bar associations, Northeast Human Resources Association, Society for Human Resource Management, and Labor and Employment Law Committee. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Michigan and his J.D. degree from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Centre.
