Eileen M. Maguire
is with the Eileen Maguire Law Firm, PC in Carmel, Indiana. She has been practicing law for more than 15 years. Ms. Maguire's primary areas of practice are employment law, wage and hour law, HIPAA, and health law. She practices before various administrative agencies, and is admitted to practice before the state and federal courts in Indiana. Ms. Maguire earned her B.A. degree from Quincy University, her M.S.J. degree from Northwestern University and her J.D. degree from Indiana University School of Law. She is the author of frequent articles on legal subjects, and the co-author of various manuals published by her firm to assist home and health care providers comply with employment and wage and hour laws.

is the owner of Mark R. Waterfill Attorney at Law, P.C. and practices in the areas of employment law and commercial litigation. He is widely recognized in the field of employment law and has tried numerous commercial disputes in state and federal court. Mr. Waterfill has lectured and written extensively on a variety of employment law topics. He has been listed in Indiana Super Lawyers, and is a member of the Indianapolis Bar Association (Board of Managers; distinguished fellow), Indianapolis Bar Foundation (board president), Indiana State Bar Association (chair, Labor and Employment Council) and the American Bar Association. Mr. Waterfill earned his B.S. degree, magna cum laude, from Hanover College and his J.D. degree from Indiana University School of Law at Bloomington.

is a labor and employment attorney with the Indianapolis and Salt Lake City firm of Panico Law LLC. He concentrates his practice in employment litigation in federal and state court, and before Fair Employment Practice administrative agencies. Mr. Panico is admitted to practice law in Indiana, Utah and California, and before the U.S. Court of Appeals. He is an employment mediator and arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association, U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Michigan Employment Relations Commission and Indiana Education Employment Relations Board. Mr. Panico has served as labor and employment counsel for the City of San Diego, general counsel for Magnesium Corporation of America, and has held senior-level corporate labor relations and human resources positions in manufacturing, healthcare, mining, mass transit, higher education, service and utilities organizations, in both the public and private sectors. He earned his B.A. degree from the State University of New York, College at Old Westbury; his Master of Science, with distinction, from New York Institute of Technology; and his J.D. degree from Irvine University School of Law.
