Lindsay Moss
is the principal of Moss Law, LLC. She is a VA Accredited Attorney, a Certified Dementia Practitioner (NCCDP), as well as being certified in Alzheimer's and Dementia Care (HFAM/MAADS). Ms. Moss represents individuals and families in the areas of elder law, Medicaid, Veteran's benefits, estate planning, special needs planning, asset protection, crisis and pre-crisis planning; and issues associated with adult medical daycare, assisted living and nursing home placement. She earned her B.S. degree, magna cum laude, from Towson University and her J.D. degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law.

John M. Lynham, Jr.
is an attorney at Offit Kurman. As a member of the Estates and Trusts practice group, he focuses on the intricate realms of estate and trust planning and administration, deftly addressing challenges related to estate, generation-skipping, gift, and income taxation. Mr. Lynham also navigates real estate transactions and facilitates the formation of tax-exempt organizations, including foundations, ensuring clients receive tailored legal solutions that meet their specific needs. He represents clients in matters of estate planning, including administration, tax savings, asset protection, business succession, and philanthropic strategies. Mr. Lynham has successfully defended wills and trusts in local courts and manages audits and compliance issues before the IRS, the District of Columbia, and various state authorities. Notable achievements include obtaining the admission of a decedent's will to probate after the original was destroyed in a break-in, defending estate plans from challenges of undue influence, and employing innovative strategies like defective grantor trusts to transfer business interests free of transfer taxes. He earned his LL.M. degree in taxation from Georgetown University Law Center, his J.D. degree from The George Washington University Law School, his M.B.A. degree in finance from the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business, and his B.S. degree in science from Trinity College-Hartford. Mr. Lynham is admitted to practice law in Maryland and District of Columbia, and before the Supreme Court of the United States, District of Columbia Court of Appeals and Supreme Court of Maryland.

assists individuals, families, businesses, and high-net-worth clients in navigating the complexities of estate planning, trust administration, taxation, tax law, and wealth management and asset protection as a principal attorney in Offit Kurman's Estates and Trusts practice group, based in Columbia, Maryland. He develops customized estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and living wills. Mr. Joseck earned his B.A. degree from York College of Pennsylvania and his J.D. degree from Western Michigan University School of Law. He is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, Howard County Bar Association (Estates and Trusts Section, co-chair), Montgomery County Bar Association, and Howard County Estate Planning Council. Mr. Joseck is admitted to practice law in Maryland and before the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland.

Nicole T. Livingston
is an owner at McKenna, Russo, Livingston, Burkett, and Burgy, LLC "McKenna Russo". She concentrates her practice primarily in the areas of estate planning, estate and trust administration, and elder law, with a focus on special needs and advanced tax planning. Ms. Livingston began her legal career as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Michael E. Loney of Anne Arundel County Circuit Court. She is a member of Wealth Counsel, National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) and Maryland State Bar Association (Estates and Trusts, Property Law, and Elder and Disability sections). is the Practice Group Leader for Estates and Trusts South and a Principal at Offit Kurman, P.A., where she guides the firm's efforts in estate planning, probate estate and trust administration, guardianships, special needs planning, and elder law. Before joining Offit Kurman, Ms. McCulloch served as a partner at a Maryland law firm, where she focused on estate planning, fiduciary representation, elder law, and related tax matters. Earlier in her career, she managed the Social Security Disability department at another firm, overseeing case management, administrative hearings, and federal court appeals while also drafting essential estate planning documents. Ms. McCulloch received her B.A. from Temple University and her J.D. from the University of Baltimore. She is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, Howard County Bar Association, and Howard County Estate Planning Council, Board of Directors. Ms. McCulloch is admitted to practice law in Maryland and before the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland and the Maryland Court of Appeals.

is an attorney with McInerney Law, where her practice is focused in estate planning, primarily for families with special needs children. She is licensed to practice in Alabama and Mississippi. Ms. McInerney is the founding member and co-president of the Board of Directors of Special Siblings, which provides support for children with special needs siblings. She currently serves as the president of the Board of Directors of the Jefferson County Intellectual and Developmental Disability Authority. Ms. McInerney is a member of the Board of Directors for Down Syndrome Alabama, Shelby Humane Society and 25:35. She earned her B.A. degree, magna cum laude, as well as her M.A. degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Ms. McInerney earned her J.D. degree from Indiana University School of Law and her LL.M. degree in taxation from Washington University in St. Louis.
