Joseph E. Gruber, Jr.
is an attorney from Aaron Riechert Carpol & Riffle. His areas of practice include probate, trust law, trust and estate litigation, estate planning, conservatorships, business law, and general civil practice. Mr. Gruber earned his B.A. degree from Willamette University; his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of San Francisco School of Law; and a certificate in business law with honors. He has received CALI awards for excellence in both constitutional law and family law. While at USF, Mr. Gruber served two terms as the president of the U.S.F. Business Law Association. He is licensed to practice in California where he is a member of the San Mateo County Bar Association and a member of the California State Bar Section for Trusts and Estates.

Neal B. Jannol
is a sole practitioner in Los Angeles at the Law Office of Neal B. Jannol. He has been an attorney for more than 20 years, and concentrates his practice on sophisticated estate and tax planning for individual clients, the representation of individual and corporate fiduciaries, and the administration of estates and trusts. Mr. Jannol's experience includes drafting revocable and irrevocable trusts, business succession planning, premarital planning, charitable gift planning, and all aspects of estate administration and probate procedures. He is a member of the State Bar of California. Mr. Jannol earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of California at Los Angeles and his J.D. degree from the University of California at Berkeley, Boalt Hall School of Law.

is a shareholder of Broderick Legal Group, A Professional Law Corporation. He is a Certified Specialist in estate planning, trust and probate law by the California Board of Legal Specialization. Mr. Broderick-Villa's practice areas include estate planning, wills and trusts (including special needs trusts), probate of estates, non-probate transfers of decedent's estates, including advice on trust administration and accounting, forming and advising business entities, including corporations, limited liability companies (LLCs), and limited partnerships, real property and leasing issues, including agricultural leases and assistance to companies which export agricultural products to other countries in setting up IC-DISCs. He speaks to local organizations on his areas of practice. Mr. Broderick-Villa is a member of the State Bar of California and the Stanislaus County Bar Association. He earned his B.A. degree from University of Southern California and his J.D. degree from Georgetown University Law Center. Mr. Broderick-Villa is the past president of the Stanislaus County Estate Planning Council.

is the principal of Mitchellweiler Law Corporation, with offices in Corona and Irvine. He practices in the areas of estate planning and business law. The focus on advising small business was a result of being in a family business prior to graduating from law school at age 32. Mr. Mitchellweiler is a past president of the Riverside Estate Planning Council and an adjunct professor at the University of Redlands. He earned his B.S. degree in economics from Arizona State University and his J.D. degree, with individual honors, from California Western School of Law.

is an attorney in the Mitchellweiler Law Corporation, with offices in Corona and Irvine. She practices in the areas of conservatorships, estate planning, and trust and probate administration. As an estate planning, trust and probate law specialist certified by The State Bar of California, Ms. Mitchellweiler was required to pass a second exam with the State Bar after five years of practice in the specialization area. She is the only attorney having this particular certification in Corona. Ms. Mitchellweiler earned her B.A. degree from Vanguard University of Southern California and her J.D. degree from Chapman University, Dale E. Fowler School of Law.
