Paul R. Shugar
is an attorney with Reminger Co., L.P.A. He is a member of Reminger's Probate Litigation Department and has trial experience litigating million-dollar estate, trust and guardianship issues such as undue influence, power of attorney abuse, and financial exploitation. An award-winning journalist who worked at daily newspapers around the country before becoming a lawyer, Mr. Shugar employs the writing and investigation skills he developed as a reporter to help people in a legal setting. He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and an officer for the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association's Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Law Section. Mr. Shugar earned his B.A. degree from Ohio University E.W. Scripps School of Journalism and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.

is an attorney and owner of McNamee and Company LLC. He focuses his practice on estate planning, probate, and tax law. Mr. McNamee earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Dayton and his J.D. degree from Cleveland Marshall College of Law. Prior to starting his own law firm, he worked for a local CPA firm and a national company. Mr. McNamee is licensed to practice law in the U.S. Tax Court, U.S. District Court Northern Ohio and in the state of Ohio.

Stacey A. Dettwiller
is an attorney at Roetzel & Andress, LPA, where she focuses her practice on estate planning and wealth transfer matters. She counsels clients on a variety of matters including estate and trust planning, administration, modification, termination and corresponding tax planning to reduce estate tax exposure and maximize wealth preservation. A portion of Ms. Dettwiller's practice also involves real estate transactions and advising individuals and businesses entering into sales agreements and dealing with both residential and commercial issues.
