joined as vice president, and property and casulty general counsel at Stephens Insurance, LLC in 2022. As such, she evaluates contractual insurance risk for clients, drafts and negotiates contracts with vendors, and lends specialized knowledge to ensure client policies are effective in relation to their respective contracts. Ms. Branson also supports the firm through strategic planning, legal affairs, business processes, and project/personnel management, as well as maintaining company compliance with state and federal laws. Prior to joining Stephens Insurance, she worked for Stephens Investments Holdings in the tax accounting department for three years, followed by four years at Wright, Lindsey & Jennings LLP, where she focused on mergers and acquisitions, general corporate work, and estate planning. In 2021, Ms. Branson returned to Stephens Inc. as vice president and assistant general counsel, primarily supporting corporate finance. She earned her LL.M. degree in taxation from the Fredric G. Levin College of Law at the University of Florida, her J.D. degree from the William H. Bowen College of Law at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, and graduated with a Bachelor of Interior Design from the University of Arkansas. Ms. Branson is licensed in property and casualty.

is an attorney with Friday Eldredge & Clark LLP in the firm's mergers and acquisitions practice group. His practice focuses on representing individuals, companies, and financial institutions in general business, transactional, taxation, and regulatory matters. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Meister earned his Master of Laws degree in taxation from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. He earned his J.D. degree from the University of Arkansas School of Law, where he worked as a Rule XV certified student with the University of Arkansas Non-Profit Legal Clinic to create 501(c)(3) entities and externed with Walmart's Corporate Counsel Tax Department. Mr. Meister also holds a bachelor's degree in accounting with a minor in agricultural business from the University of Arkansas. He is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association and is admitted to practice in Arkansas and the United States Tax Court.

In addition to working on highly regulated matters, he has litigated countless cases and founded a compliance consulting firm, where he helped numerous individuals from diverse backgrounds across the United States. Mr. Frederickson also assists low income persons via pro bono legal representation. He earned his B.A. degree from St. Cloud State University and his J.D. degree from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota. He has helped clients with the acquisition and the sale of companies or assets, raising funds either through the private placement of stock or other equities or borrowing transactions; and with drafting and negotiating agreements with or among business owners, suppliers, distributors, consultants and employees. Mr. Cooper has represented clients that produce and distribute software, medical technologies, educational technologies, films (including feature films and documentaries), TV programming, music, professional services (attorneys, architects, doctors, psychologists, etc.), as well as banks and other lenders, venture capital funds, and angel investors. He began his law career as a tax associate at a New York firm. After moving to Connecticut, Mr. Cooper worked in New Haven at Withers Bergman LLP in Hartford; McElroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney & Carpenter; and in Wilton at Gregory and Adams, P.C.; before founding Cooper Law LLC. He earned his B.F.A. degree, summa cum laude, from SUNY at Buffalo; his Master of Music degree from Youngstown State University; and his J.D. degree from New York University. Mr. Cooper is admitted to the bar in New York and Connecticut.
