Erin Salfen

is an experienced litigator, representing clients in healthcare, privacy, employment, products liability, transportation, malpractice, insurance coverage, construction, real estate, class actions, and other commercial litigation. She has won pre-trial dismissals and verdicts for her clients at trial, and successfully represented them in mediation, arbitration, and administrative proceedings. Ms. Salfen also advises clients on their day-to-day business, helping them to navigate federal, state, and international law, negotiations, and contractual issues, while growing and protecting their business. Recently, she has won early dismissals in class, insurance coverage, and complex transportation actions. Ms. Salfen is also co-chair of the State Bar of Missouri's Tort and Transportation Committee and advises lawyers and business leaders on a variety of litigation topics. Prior to joining Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, LLP, she worked as a trial attorney for a large insurance carrier and led commercial litigation efforts at a boutique firm. Ms. Salfen also worked in the Eighth Circuit of the U.S. Court of Appeals, writing opinions and memoranda for the judges. She is admitted to practice in Missouri and Illinois.

She has considerable experience defending attorneys in cases alleging violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and breaches of fiduciary duties related to collection activities. is a principal at Roberts Perryman, P.C in Missouri. His practice primarily focuses on civil defense and litigation involving coverage disputes, bad faith, and commercial and professional liability, as well as appellate work at the state and federal level. Mr. Morris routinely represents clients in cases involving six and seven-figure claims of recovery, from pre-suit up through to appeal. While he is a native of St. Louis, he obtained an undergraduate degree in history from Boston University, before moving to Tokyo, Japan, where he lived and worked for several years before returning to the United States to attend law school in California. In law school, Mr. Morris made the Dean's List, Pro Bono Honors Society, as well as worked as a summer associate for a Tokyo maritime firm, Toda & Co., followed by a fall clinical internship with a large Tokyo law firm, Nishimura & Asahi, in areas involving cross-border transactions and capital markets. He lived and worked for several years in California, before moving back to the St. Louis region to be closer to home and family. Mr. Morris also served as an appellate clerk for the Honorable Lisa Van Amburg at the Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern District, before entering private practice in St. Louis. He has written and taught extensively in the areas of trial practice, personal injury law and insurance law, and is an instructor of trial practice at the University of Wisconsin Law School.
