Ayala Golding
is an attorney with Tilford Dobbins & Schmidt, PLLC, where her practice focuses on labor and employment law, civil litigation, and employment contracts. Ms. Golding has practiced in all state and federal courts in Kentucky, handling a variety of employment litigation cases stemming from discrimination, wrongful termination, harassment, and retaliation claims under state and federal laws, including Title VII, the ADEA and ADA, the FMLA, and the Kentucky Civil Rights Act, as well as breach of contract and wage claims. She is admitted to the Kentucky Bar Association; U.S. District Court, Eastern and Western districts of Kentucky; is a member of the Louisville and Kentucky bar associations; and has recently been admitted to the New York State Bar. Ms. Golding earned her B.A. degree from Barnard College, Columbia University, New York; and her J.D. degree from Louis D. Brandeis School of Law, University of Louisville, Kentucky.

is a partner with Wyatt Tarrant & Combs LLP law firm, and a member of the firm's data privacy and cyber security, and health care services team. Ms. McDonald-McClure focuses her practice on data privacy and cyber security, healthcare transactions, and regulatory compliance. Her data privacy and security practice includes legal advice on HIPAA, GDPR, state data privacy and data breach laws, data security incident response, data privacy and security policy development, health information technology agreements, and the Information Blocking Rule among others. Ms. McDonald-McClure is a frequent speaker on data privacy and cyber security, and the creator and editor of the Wyatt HITECH Law blog, which focuses on data privacy and security legal developments within and outside of healthcare. She is a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP); the American Health Lawyers Association (AHLA); American Bar Association (ABA Health Law, Tort & Insurance Groups); Technology Association of Louisville, Kentucky (TALK); Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA); among others. Robert W. Dibert
is counsel in the Louisville office of Frost Brown Todd LLP. He has investigated and litigated commercial transactions and business relationships for 30 years, including banking, contracts, joint ventures, securities transactions; employment and trade practices disputes. Mr. Dibert also has litigated cases arising under federal and state civil rights laws, and both civil and criminal cases involving the federal Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) statute. He also has more than 20 years of experience in the identification, preservation, production and analysis of electronically-stored information (ESI) in a variety of investigative and litigation contexts. Mr. Dibert earned his B.S. degree from Northwestern University and his J.D. degree from The Ohio State University, Moritz College of Law. He is a member of the American Bar Association, ARMA Int'l, IAPP Int'l Association of Privacy Professionals, Kentucky Bar Association and Louisville Bar Association.

Allison P. Dempsey
is an attorney in the Louisville office of Stoll Keenon Ogden PLLC. She is skilled in labor, employment and employee benefits, serving as a trusted advisor to employers who need assistance with employee training, proactive counseling, and effective representation in court and administrative proceedings. Ms. Dempsey is dedicated to assisting both small and large businesses in Kentucky with an array of employment matters. She earned her B.S. degree from the University of Louisville and her J.D. degree from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law. Ms. Dempsey is admitted to practice in Kentucky and Indiana. She is a member of the Louisville Young Lawyers Association, Kentucky Bar Association, Indiana Bar Association, and serves as a board member for Louisville's Maryhurst Foundation.

Matthew E. Miller-Novak
earned his J.D. degree from Chase School of Law, his Master of Fine Arts degree in painting from the University of Cincinnati, and his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in painting from Youngstown State University. He first moved to Cincinnati in 2001 to study painting at the University of Cincinnati after marrying his wife Jamie. Jamie began teaching high school English in the Three Rivers School District, and Mr. Miller-Novak began teaching painting and drawing at Northern Kentucky University while exhibiting his art regionally and nationally. He soon developed an interest in local government and began getting involved in campaigns and other community service. Mr. Miller-Novak decided to stop teaching and attend law school. Upon his admission at Chase Law, he focused his studies on constitutional jurisprudence and employment discrimination. He graduated cum laude, and he received honors for his trial advocacy skills and legal writing. In addition, Mr. Miller-Novak published two law review articles and spoke at Whittier Law School regarding employment matters in 2014. He is now focusing his practice on employment matters, government accountability, business law, and civil litigation. He is currently assistant prosecutor in Hamilton County, Ohio.

is an attorney in the Cincinnati, Ohio, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. His practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including litigation and preventive advice and counseling. Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Mr. McNamara was a senior labor and employment associate in the Cincinnati office of a full-service, national law firm, focusing his practice on representing employers in all aspects of workplace litigation, including discrimination, harassment, and retaliation, wage and hour class and collective actions, and other matters. He earned his B.A. degree from Miami University and his J.D. degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law.
