Caitlin Stepina
is an attorney with Rose Law Firm, where she practices primarily in the areas of employment-management litigation and labor defense in the healthcare, transportation (railroad), manufacturing, and retail industries. She also advises clients in matters involving federal and state employment, municipal laws and regulations, and internal policy strategies and enforcement. Ms. Stepina earned her Bachelor of Arts degree, summa cum laude, from Lyon College; her J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Arkansas William H. Bowen School of Law; and her Master of Public Service degree from the University of Arkansas Clinton School of Public Service, where she was a Policy Solutions Challenge USA team member. She served as treasurer of the Arkansas Association of Women Lawyers, and is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association and the American Bar Association (Labor and Employment Law Section). Ms. Stepina was included in "Ones to Watch" by Best Lawyers in America for 2021 in the fields of civil rights, immigration law, and labor and employment law management and for 2022 in the additional areas of labor and employment law, employee and litigation, labor and employment. Active in the community, she is a member of Create Little Rock and SHARP-Young Professionals of the Arkansas Symphony Orchestra.

R. Brent Gambill
is the sole practitioner of R. Brent Gambill Law Office, LLC, where he practices in the areas of employee benefits, executive compensation, employment, and labor law. He deals with HIPAA privacy regulations, Family Medical Leave Act, disability, military, and other leaves of absence, as well as drafting executive employment and severance agreements. Mr. Gambill is accredited by the Department of Veterans Affairs to advise, counsel, and represent veterans as to claims for VA benefits. He earned his B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from DePauw University and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from the Indiana University School of Law. Mr. Gambill is a member of the Ohio State, Indiana State, American, Dayton and Cincinnati bar associations.

David Gabor
is a partner with The Wagner Law Group, where he focuses his practice in human resources consulting, includes drafting policies, negotiation of contracts, training employees, representing employers during audits, and overseeing ADA compliance for websites. Mr. Gabor handles litigation in federal and state courts and at arbitrations in issues arising out of the employer-employee relationship. He also maintains an appellate practice. Mr. Gabor is a member of multiple professional organizations, including the New York State and Massachusetts bar associations, Northeast Human Resources Association, Society for Human Resource Management, and Labor and Employment Law Committee. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Michigan and his J.D. degree from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Centre.

Maurizio Savoiardo
is an attorney at Miranda Slone Sklarin Verveniotis LLP. He practices in tort defense, including construction accident, premises, and automobile/trucker accidents. Mr. Savoiardo has also served as defense counsel to private and public entities, including Fortune 500 Companies in the defense of employment law matters throughout the state and federal courts. These include claims under Title VII, FMLA, ADEA, ADA, COBRA, constitutional torts and claims filed with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, New York State Division of Human Rights, and New York City Commission on Human Rights. Additionally, he has significant experience drafting and litigating employment contracts, restrictive covenants, severance agreements and advising clients on human resources policies and procedures. Mr. Savoiardo earned his B.A. degree from the State University of New York at Albany and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Touro Law School.

is an arbitrator and mediator at his firm James Burkhardt, Arbitration & Mediation LLC, where he practices arbitration and mediation of workplace disputes, including labor-management, grievance, discipline, discrimination, wages and hours, employment covenants, and contracts. Mr. Burkhardt has represented public and private sector employers and employees, and now helps resolve workplace disputes as a mediator and arbitrator. He earned his bachelor's degree from Penn State and his J.D. degree from University of Toledo College of Law. Mr. Burkhardt is a certified specialist in labor and employment law; Ohio State Bar Association Labor and Employment Law Section Council - NLRB CLE chair; and State Employment Relations Board (Ohio) Fact Finder roster. He is admitted to practice law in Ohio and before the U.S. Supreme Court.
