Lorraine A. Parlange
joined the Kalispel Tribe of Indians as the in-house tribal attorney in 2006. She has more than 25 years of experience as an attorney representing public and private sector clients in a variety of issues, including employment law, education, social work, taxation, public relations, criminal law, administrative, regulatory, and Indian law cases. Over the years, Ms. Parlange has successfully litigated matters in administrative proceedings, including mediation and arbitration. As lead litigator, she has handled cases over multiple jurisdictions including tribal, state and federal courts. Ms. Parlange has taught classes in several areas including education, parent advocacy, social work, counseling, investigating, and interviewing techniques. She continues to present at conferences in the areas of special education, focusing on current regulations and case law and advocacy for children and for parents of children with special education needs, as well as Federal Indian Law. Prior to her legal career, Ms. Parlange worked as a counselor in New York with at-risk youth and survivors of sexual abuse. She has her Master's Degree in education, with an emphasis on special education and applied behavioral analysis.

Suzanne Myron
is the managing attorney at the Law Office of Suzanne Myron. She is a graduate of Fordham University and the University of New Hampshire School of Law. Ms. Myron is admitted to practice law in New York and the Eastern District of New York. Prior to this, she was a advocate for Long Island Advocacy Center in New Hyde Park.

Arla D. Cahill
is an attorney with Mandelbaum Barrett PC, where she is a member of the firm's litigation, education law, and special needs practice groups. In addition to her recognition in and out of the courtroom handling complex litigation cases, Ms. Cahill has a passion for helping families. She chairs the firm's education law practice and co-chairs the special needs practice. As a seasoned litigator for over 26 years, and a former school board attorney and charter school board member, Ms. Cahill has gained unique insight into the public education system. She understands the challenges facing parents in the areas of special education; harassment, intimidation & bullying (HIB); student discipline; residency disputes; and religious exemption, among other education issues. Ms. Cahill earned her B.S. degree, cum laude, from Montclair State University and her J.D. degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. She serves as president of Employment Horizons, Inc.. Ms. Cahill is a member of the Council of Parent Attorneys and Advocates, Inc. (COPAA) and Autism New Jersey. She is admitted to practice in the states of New Jersey and New York; Commonwealth of Pennsylvania; U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey; U.S. Court of Appeals, Third Circuit; U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York; and the Supreme Court of the United States.

Eileen M. Hagerty
is a partner with Kotin, Crabtree & Strong, LLP in Newton, Massachusetts. She concentrates her practice in special education law. Ms. Hagerty represents and advises parents regarding all aspects of special education disputes, including the TEAM meeting process (evaluations, eligibility determinations, IEP development, program and placement disputes); suspension and expulsion hearings; mediation; formal due process proceedings; federal district court and appellate court litigation; and attorneys' fee litigation. She represents students with all types of disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders, dyslexia and other learning disabilities, attention deficit disorders, and mental health issues. Ms. Hagerty is listed in The Best Lawyers in America in the field of education law, holds the Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent rating, and has been named as a Massachusetts Super Lawyer in the field of education law for multiple years. She has co-chaired Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education, Inc.'s annual School Law Conference each year since 2010. Ms. Hagerty contributes case commentary to the Massachusetts Special Education Reporter and edits the Massachusetts School Law Sourcebook and Citator. She participates in various public service activities, including serving as chair of the Board of Directors of a non-profit advocacy organization, Massachusetts Advocates for Children (MAC). Ms. Hagerty lectures and writes frequently on topics in special education law for both legal and lay audiences. She is a cum laude graduate of Harvard Law School.

Nicole D. Snyder
is the chair of the special education law practice group at McKenna Snyder LLC. She concentrates her practice in the areas of special education law, charter school law, education law, school reform and insurance defense. Ms. Snyder represents clients in a variety of matters pertaining to state and federal laws and regulations, including but not limited to IDEA and Section 504. Prior to entering private practice, she clerked for the Honorable Bonnie Brigance Leadbetter of the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania. Ms. Snyder has been admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, United States District Courts for the Eastern, Middle and Western districts of Pennsylvania, Third Circuit Court of Appeals, Supreme Court of New Jersey, U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the Supreme Court of Ohio. She is also a member of PBA's Legal Services for Exceptional Children Committee, and has been an invited lecturer at state and national conferences on special education and education law topics, including sessions at PBI's Exceptional Children's Conferences, Pennsylvania Coalition of Public Charter Schools' conferences, Education Law Association and Lehigh University. Ms. Snyder is also a registered lobbyist. She earned her B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Villanova University and her J.D. degree from Villanova University School of Law.

Chaseray L. Griffin
is an attorney with Kriha Boucek. He represents public and private employers, specifically elementary and secondary education and regional financial institutions. In this capacity, Mr. Griffin provides counsel to clients on various matters, including compliance with federal, state and local laws. Mr. Griffin earned his J.D. degree from the Loyola University New Orleans College of Law and his B.A. degree from the Loyola University New Orleans. He is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of the state of Louisiana, and he is also admitted to practice in Illinois.
