is senior counsel at Trenam in the firm's real estate and lending practice group. She has been practicing commercial real estate, land use, environmental law, and business law throughout Florida since 2005. Ms. Fischer acts as outside corporate and commercial real estate counsel to developers, builders, and business owners. She represents clients throughout the entire process of purchase and development of commercial real estate; from due diligence, financing, land acquisition, title services, and closings to permitting and land use approvals, development, lease negotiations. Ms. Fischer's commercial real estate clients include multi-family and marina developers, RV and resort developers, office, retail and industrial developers, real estate investment trusts and property management companies. She has also utilized her extensive commercial real estate experience to facilitate the development of community infrastructure working with developers, lenders and government agencies to structure public/private partnerships and obtain financing, entitlements, and environmental permits. Projects include affordable and senior housing developments, redevelopment of contaminated land, blighted neighborhoods, distressed properties and acquisition and development of RV resorts throughout Florida and the U.S. Ms. Fischer's practice also includes providing assistance to corporate clients with all aspects of the formation of Florida business entities, with a focus on burgeoning and expanding entrepreneurial companies. She assists clients with selection and establishment of the appropriate form of entity, preparation of all forms of operational agreements, confidentiality, non-compete and non-disclosure agreements, and continues to support business clients in negotiation of contracts related to vendors, service providers, and agreements for purchase and sale of businesses. Ms. Fischer's experience and expertise also extends to negotiation and resolution of issues involving local and state governmental agencies related to all facets of business operations. She earned her B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Saint Leo University and her J.D. degree, cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law.

Ms. Otero also advises ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families and family offices on their real estate investments and portfolios, including direct and indirect investing and development, with an emphasis on luxury residential and high-end commercial properties. She works closely with her clients to evaluate opportunities and navigate the ever-changing, dynamic real estate market. Ms. Pollack has lived in the Tampa Bay area since moving from San Francisco in 2003, where she earned her J.D. degree and gained her initial experience in municipal law, representing local governments and public agencies as their public attorney. Over the past 20 years, she has leveraged her knowledge to become an authority on acquiring development approvals and entitlements for real estate projects of all types and sizes across Florida, and in representing clients in connection with the sale, acquisition, and development of real estate. Ms. Pollack represents clients before public boards and agencies on various land development approvals, including rezonings, land use plan amendments, master planning, site plans, platting and permitting. She also advises clients on a variety of land use and real estate needs including affordable housing, including the Live Local Act, alcohol sales, code enforcement, and mineral rights, among others. Beyond her land use expertise, Ms. Pollack is a title agent for multiple title companies and represents clients with the purchase, sale, and financing of commercial property.
