James S. Adray
is a partner in the Toledo law firm of Adray & Grna, where he practices in the areas of business law, probate, estate planning, divorce, and medical malpractice. He also deals with estate tax issues. Mr. Adray is a mediator/arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association and is a mediator trainer throughout Ohio. He has taught at the University of Toledo Law School and College of Education. Mr. Adray is a member of the State Bar of Michigan (Alternate Dispute Resolution, and Probate and Trust Law committees), and the Ohio State (Family Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution committees) and Toledo bar associations. He earned both his B.A. degree and his J.D. degree from the University of Toledo.

is an attorney with Sam Thomas III Esquire & Associates. He has practiced for 28 years in the areas of probate, foreclosure prevention, tax resolution, and debt relief. Currently, Mr. Thomas's practice focuses on estate planning. He earned his B.A. degree from Cleveland State University, his M.S. degree from Indiana University and his J.D. degree from Cleveland Marshall College of Law.

Jennifer Antonini
is an attorney with the Law Offices of Jennifer Antonini, Ltd. in Toledo. She focuses her practice on estate planning, trust administration, wills and probate. Ms. Antonini's main goal with any estate plan is to avoid the expense of probate court. She also works with families who are facing a nursing home stay for a spouse or parent and assists with navigating the world of Medicaid. Ms. Antonini has also helped clients start their business and advises them on the necessary documentation for a successful startup. She earned her undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University and her J.D. degree from the University of Toledo Law School. Ms. Antonini is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and Toledo Bar Association, currently serving on the Toledo Bar Association's nominating committee.

LPA's Cleveland office, she focuses her practice on elder law & special needs planning, asset preservation, estate and trust administration, estate planning, and guardianships. Ms. Vanik has experience with the complex nature of Medicaid and helps her clients create plans that allow them to maintain or improve their quality of life during their later years. She earned her B.A. degree from Hiram College and her J.D. degree from Cleveland State University College of Law. Ms. Vanik is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association's Estate Planning section. She is also a member of the Ohio State Bar Association's Estate Planning, Trust, and Probate and Elder and Special Needs sections. Ms. Vanik is admitted to practice in the State of Ohio.
