Callie Kyhl
is an attorney with Vanderpool, Frostick & Nishanian, PC. She is a skilled trial attorney who handles a wide variety of cases, including breach of contract, conversion, civil conspiracy, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, unlawful detainer, partition, adverse possession, and undue influence. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Kyhl worked was a paralegal for 13 years. During this time, she gained extensive experience researching law; drafting complex pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, and discovery; working with clients and witnesses; and investigating liability and damages theories with experts in a diversity of fields, including engineering, chemistry, cosmetology, construction, psychology, neuropsychiatry, plastic surgery, and nursing. Ms. Kyhl earned her B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Mary Washington and her J.D. degree, summa cum laude, from Mitchell Hamline School of Law.

Kevin Knight
is a partner in the law offices of DSK Law. He is board-certified as a trial lawyer by both The Florida Bar and the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Over the course of his practice, Mr. Knight has generally focused on personal injury litigation. He earned his B.S.B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Central Florida and his J.D. degree from Stetson University College of Law.

Timothy J. Keiser
is a trial attorney with GWC Injury Lawyers LLC. His primary areas of practice are toxic tort litigation, construction negligence, civil rights actions, and other complex litigation matters. Mr. Keiser earned his B.B.S. degree from Ohio University's College of Business and his J.D. degree from DePaul University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Illinois and the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Illinois.

Daniel M. Schiavetta
is of counsel at Russo & Gould LLP. He specializes in nursing home and adult residential facility defense and has wide experience in appellate and insurance coverage litigation. Mr. Schiavetta has prosecuted rescission, declaratory judgment and interpleader actions in state and federal court on behalf of various insurers; and has tried cases involving medical malpractice and premises liability. He gives presentations to nursing homes as to charting and litigation issues, and is responsible for two changes in case law. Mr. Schiavetta earned his B.A. degree from the State University of New York and his J.D. degree from the University of California, Davis School of Law. He is admitted to New York and New Jersey federal courts, and Second Circuit Court of Appeals and Third Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Schiavetta is a member of the Westchester County Bar Association, New Rochelle Bar Association and Defense Research Institute. His recent book, The Supreme Court for Short Attention Spans, is available on Amazon.
