Christine Hummel
is the president and founder of Hummel Consultation Services, a national legal consultation practice specializing in the application of the Medicare Secondary Payer Act to workers' compensation, liability and no-fault cases. She is an active attorney with licensure in the state of Colorado. With more than 19 years of experience in Medicare compliance, Ms. Hummel is a published author and popular speaker on a wide array of topics related to Medicare compliance. She is a member of the American Bar Association (Health Law Section) and Colorado Bar Association. Ms. Hummel's legal experience work includes Medicaid, probate and elder law. She donates a significant amount of time volunteering with the Federal Park Service, giving presentations on the roles of women during the American War of Independence. Ms. Hummel earned her B.S. degree from the University of Southern California and her J.D. degree from the University of Denver College of Law.

Alexis R. Jani
is an attorney at The Bowling Law Firm, APLC. She is an attorney with over 15 years of experience in the civil litigation of medical malpractice, pharmacy errors, premises liability, personal injury and general liability matters. Ms. Jani is admitted to practice before all state courts in Louisiana, and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Middle and Western districts of Louisiana. She earned a bachelor's degree in political science from The Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore and her J.D. degree from the Tulane University Law School in New Orleans. Ms. Jani is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association.

Katherine E. Sepcich Drummond
is an attorney at The Bowling Law Firm, APLC. She is an attorney primarily handling pharmacy error, personal injury and medical malpractice cases. She is admitted to the Louisiana Bar Association and licensed in all federal courts in Louisiana as well as the United States Fifth Circuit. Before joining the law firm in January 2023, she served as a law clerk to the Honorable Judge Donald “Chick” L. Foret in the 24th Judicial District Court of Jefferson Parish. She also previously served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Fredericka H. Wicker at the Louisiana Fifth Circuit Court of Appeal. She received her law degree from Loyola University College of Law in New Orleans, where she specialized in civil law while also receiving a certificate in common law. Katherine was named as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers in the area of Medical Malpractice.
