is of counsel at Burton, Fuller & Associates, P.C. He earned his bachelor's degree from Iowa State University and his J.D. degree from Drake University. Mr. Hupp is admitted to practice law in Illinois.

Abosede Odunsi
is an attorney and shareholder in the Trusts and Estates Section at von Briesen & Roper, s.c. She focuses her practice on estate planning, tax planning, probate administration and guardianship matters. The bulk of Ms. Odunsi's practice involves estate planning for high-net-worth individuals, families and business owners. She designs and drafts revocable and irrevocable trusts, including grantor retained annuity trusts, health and education trusts, irrevocable life insurance trusts, spousal limited access trusts, dynasty trusts, qualified domestic asset trusts, sales to defective grantor trusts and charitable trusts. Ms. Odunsi earned her B.A. degree from the University of Illinois, her M.A. degree from Pennsylvania State University, her J.D. degree from the University of Wisconsin and her LL.M. degree in taxation from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law. She is a member of the American and Chicago bar associations, Chicago Estate Planning Council, Black Women Lawyers' Association and the Professional Advisory Committee of the Chicago Foundation for Women. Ms. Odunsi is admitted to practice law in Illinois and before the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Illinois.

Chris Hopkins
is an associate with the Chicago office of Perkins Coie. He advises individuals, families, business owners and financial institutions in navigating complex transfers of wealth, businesses and real property. Mr. Hopkins also assists in the development and execution of estate plans, including evaluating assets, assessing goals, and drafting wills, trusts and powers of attorney. He also provides advice on the application of Illinois law to various trust administration, modification, intestate succession and will constructions. Mr. Hopkins drafts pleadings and discovery requests, and has appeared in court on behalf of clients in the Probate Division and Chancery Division of Chicago area circuit courts pertaining to decedent, disabled and minors' estates. He also volunteers through Chicago Volunteer Legal Services by serving as guardian ad litem in minor and adult guardianship matters. Mr. Hopkins has also been listed as an Illinois Rising Star 2018-2023. He earned his J.D. degree from Wayne State University Law School.

Liz C. Messianu
is a partner in the Miami office of Wicker Smith. She has over 20 years of experience practicing in the areas of probate-estate planning, guardianship administration and litigation, estate and trust administration, real estate transactions and wealth preservations for individuals. Ms. Messianu handles all aspects of estate and trust matters, including probate and trust administration; representing beneficiaries in our courts with a strong emphasis on litigation involving probate matters, estates, trusts, and contested guardianships. She earned her B.B.A. degree from Florida International University and her J.D. and LL.M. degrees from the University of Miami School of Law. Ms. Messianu is fluent in Spanish and is an active member of The Florida Bar, Real Property Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar, Dade County Bar Association, and the Miami-Dade Probate Bar Association.

is a founding partner of Bivins & Hemenway, P.A., where he serves as a trusted legal advisor to business owners, real estate investors, and families seeking to preserve and pass down their wealth and values. His practice focuses on estate planning, probate and related tax issues, closely held businesses, and real estate, combining experience in each of these areas to provide a comprehensive approach to transactions and planning. Mr. Hemenway is a cum laude graduate of the University of Florida College of Law, and is named to the Super Lawyers magazine Florida Rising Stars list. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Tampa Bay Estate Planning Council, and a prior presenter at National Business Institute seminars on both probate and estate planning topics including IRA trusts and RMDs.

is an attorney with his own private practice, Haley Law Practice L.L.C. He practices in the areas of trust and estate planning, and business formation. Mr. Haley is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, ElderCounsel, and WealthCounsel. He earned his bachelor's degree in finance from Xavier University of Louisiana, his J.D. degree from Howard University School of Law and his LL.M. degree from Washington University School of Law. Mr. Haley was chief deputy clerk for the Louisiana Supreme Court, research attorney on the U.S. House of Representatives Banking and Finance Committee, and a law clerk for Orleans Parish Civil District Court Judge Angelique Reed. He is also a retired law clerk for Louisiana Supreme Court Chief Justice Bernette Joshua Johnson. Mr. Haley is licensed to practice law in Louisiana and recently completed the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business Entrepreneurship program.
