Albert Tawil
is a former IP/tech transactions associate at Cleary Gottlieb and Fenwick & West. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Accounting, and Management Information Systems from Questrom School of Business, Boston University. Mr. Tawil earned his J.D. degree from New York University School of Law. He founded Lateral Hub in 2021, inspired by his experience lateraling as a junior associate and helping dozens of former colleagues and friends with their lateral searches. Lateral Hub is an online lateral job board for top-tier law firms and legal career content and resource hub, providing a more efficient way for lateral candidates to browse and apply for openings at top large, midsize, and boutique law firms. Mr. Tawil is now working full-time as the Founder and CEO of Lateral Hub to make the world of legal recruiting a better place for attorneys and law firms.

Laurice R. Lambert
is a creative and mission-driven healthcare business attorney who thinks like an executive. After over a decade in large law firms, she had the opportunity to serve as general counsel and chief compliance officer to a technology-enabled healthcare services company. Ms. Lambert guided that company through a successful acquisition resulting in 20x+ investor return. She has a firsthand understanding of what it's like to lead, manage, and navigate the internal legal and compliance aspects of a rapidly growing healthcare company. Ms. Lambert helps clients evaluate new growth and service line opportunities and structure complex transactions involving mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures, as well as other strategic partnerships, affiliations, and alignments. She also advises clients on healthcare regulatory and compliance matters, including federal and state fraud and abuse issues (such as the Anti-Kickback Statute and Stark Law), Medicare, Medicaid and third-party billing and compliance requirements, corporate practice of medicine considerations, state licensure and accreditation matters, data privacy and security, and structuring arrangements with third parties. Ms. Lambert earned her B.A. degree, cum laude, from the College of William & Mary; and her J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Georgia State University, College of Law. She is admitted in the state of Georgia.

Eric Broad
is an Emerging Companies and Venture Capital attorney that works as outside general counsel for private companies and investors of all types, sizes, stages and industries, assisting with all of their legal needs. He is also an entrepreneur in his own right, starting Bowery Legal after spending years in the emerging companies departments at Latham & Watkins and Gunderson Dettmer. Mr. Broad earned his undergraduate degree from thesiness school at Tulane University and his J.D. degree from NYU School of Law. Prior to law school, he spent several years in southeast Asia (Indonesia), working as a consultant to the governments of Indonesia and Thailand on a large-scale internet infrastructure development project called "Meaningful Broadband," aimed at using internet as a tool to improve the quality of life of the poorer populations in developing countries. During that time, Mr. Broad regularly worked with entrepreneurs and innovators trying to cultivate various solutions and killer applications to help the project succeed. That is where he developed a passion for work with founders and startups, which he has continued into his current legal career, using his experience and expertise on a daily basis to help his clients succeed.

Mr. Scherer advises on topics including consumer underwriting and lending, credit reporting, data privacy, and consumer protection for consumer tech products and services. Prior to joining Scale, he was Product and Privacy Counsel at Blend Labs, a fintech SaaS provider to some of the world's largest banks and credit unions.
