Michael Y. Kieval
is a member at financial services boutique Weiner Brodsky Kider PC, in Washington, DC, where he heads the firm's licensing and state law practice, shepherding major transactions to financial regulatory approval, and advising companies of all sizes on the intersection of licensing and approvals with the real world of business. He also provides federal regulatory compliance advice to clients large and small, and represents companies in the financial services and mortgage industries nationwide in state and federal litigation, government investigations, and both federal and state examinations and enforcement actions. Mr. Kieval is a co-author of Consumer Protection and Mortgage Regulation Under Dodd-Frank (West 2011). He earned his A.B. degree, magna cum laude, from Washington University in St. Louis and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School. Mr. Kieval regularly speaks to industry audiences about a wide range of regulatory compliance topics.

Randall O. Reder
is the principal of Randall O. Reder, P.A. His law practice emphasizes business and real estate law including title law, easements, and mortgage foreclosure defense. Mr. Reder's practice also includes appellate, estate planning and probate law. He has lectured on several times before about limited liability companies. Mr. Reder earned his B.S. degree from the University of South Florida and his J.D. degree from Florida State University. He served as senior attorney for seven years for Chief Justice Joseph A. Boyd, Jr. Mr. Reder is a contributing writer to The Supreme Court of Florida and Its Predecessor Courts, 1821-1917. He is the author of the chapter on S-corporations published by The Florida Bar in its manual Florida Small Business Practice.

Paul F. Rush
is a shareholder in the real estate and lending transactions practice goup with Trenam Law. His practice focuses primarily on real property transactions and investments, banking, lending and finance (including government guaranteed lending), acquisition, development, leasing, and the sale of commercial properties. Mr. Rush routinely assists corporate banks and associations in structuring and negotiating complex financial transactions. He has represented a variety of matters on real estate and lending transactions by representing national and local lenders in all areas of commercial lending transactions, including: commercial, SBA lending transactions (504, 7(a), USDA, export, express line of credits), asset-based, and unsecured lending. Mr. Rush has also represented government guaranteed lending (SBA, USDA, certified development companies). He earned his J.D. degree, cum laude, Stetson University College of Law (Stetson Law Review, marketing editor; federal judicial intern for the Honorable Mary S. Scriven, Middle District of Florida; Most Outstanding Editor Fall 2013 - Stetson Law Review; Elizabeth M. Leeman Award for Best Student Publication Fall 2013 Stetson Law Review; Phi Delta Phi Legal Honors Fraternity, executive board member; Highest Grade Award-Negotiation and Mediation Skills; Highest Grade Award-Trial Advocacy; Highest Grade Award-Legal Research and Writing II; teacher's assistant - Legal Research and Writing I & II (2012-2013); Stetson Law PT Student Class co-president / treasurer); his M.B.A. degree, with honors, Stetson University; and his B.A. degree, cum laude, economics/business administration, University of Florida. Mr. Rush is a member of The Florida Bar, American Bar Association, Hillsborough County Bar Association, Society of Real Estate Professionals, Real Estate Investment Council, International Council of Shopping Centers, National Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders and the Florida Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders. He is admitted to practice in Florida.
