Johanna A. Pickel
is an attorney at Pickel Law PC. Her practice focuses in the areas of estate planning, elder law, special needs planning probate, and estate and trust administration. Ms. Pickel is a member of the Special Needs Alliance (SNA) and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), past chair of the Elder Law Section of the State Bar of New Mexico, and past division chair of the Trust and Estate Division of the Real Property, Estate and Trust Section of the State Bar of New Mexico. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Montana and her Master of Arts degree in special education from New Mexico State University. Ms. Pickel earned her J.D. degree from the University of New Mexico School of Law and her LL.M. degree, in estate planning and elder law, from Western New England University School of Law.

Neal B. Jannol
is a sole practitioner in Los Angeles at the Law Office of Neal B. Jannol. He has been an attorney for more than 20 years, and concentrates his practice on sophisticated estate and tax planning for individual clients, the representation of individual and corporate fiduciaries, and the administration of estates and trusts. Mr. Jannol's experience includes drafting revocable and irrevocable trusts, business succession planning, premarital planning, charitable gift planning, and all aspects of estate administration and probate procedures. He is a member of the State Bar of California. Mr. Jannol earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of California at Los Angeles and his J.D. degree from the University of California at Berkeley, Boalt Hall School of Law.

Morgan E. Tuss
is an attorney at Patten Peterman Bekkedahl & Green, PLLC. She practices in the areas of probate and estate administration, estate and taxation planning, along with business, contract, property and transactional matters. Ms. Tuss also assists with business disputes and guardianship and conservatorship matters. Representing County Ward 7, she also serves as a board member of the Board of County Commissioners of Yellowstone County, for the Board of Planning, Board of Zoning and Board of Adjustments. Ms. Tuss also serves as a board member for Billings TrailNet, a 501(c)(3) non-profit qualified organization, and as Trustee for the New Lawyers Section of the State Bar of Montana. She earned her bachelor's degree from Montana State University Billings and her J.D. degree from the University of North Dakota School of Law, where she was inducted as a member of the esteemed Order of the Coif. Ms. Tuss currently pursues a Dual Master of Laws (LL.M.) in estate planning and taxation from Golden Gate University School of Law and and Bruce F. Braden School of Taxation, which she expects to complete in the fall of 2024. She is admitted to practice law in Montana, North Dakota, Wyoming and before the U.S. Tax Court and U.S. District Court of Montana.

He is a member of the State Bar of Montana (member, Uniform Trust Code Committee; Business, Estates, Trusts, Tax and Real Property Section), American Bar Association (member, Tax and Real Property and Probate sections), State Bar Association of North Dakota (member, Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section), and State Bar of Arizona (member, Probate and Trust and Tax Law sections). Mr. Bekkedahl is a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and a frequent speaker on estate and trust topics. He earned his J.D. degree from the University of Montana School of Law and his LL.M. degree in taxation from the University of Denver.

is a government law attorney and owner of Wordal Law, PLLC. She practices local government issues, church administration, criminal law, and contract law. Ms. Wordal was a city prosecutor/assistant city attorney for the city of Bozeman, Montana for over 21 years. Before going into private practice, she earned her B.A. degree from The University of Montana and her J.D. degree from The University of Montana School of Law. Ms. Wordal has been licensed to practice law in Montana for over 30 years. She is also a member of the State Bar Ethics Committee.
