Tieranny Cutler

is an attorney based in Atlanta, Georgia. The majority of her career has centered around advising international corporations on the acquisition and management of an international workforce. She has guided multinational companies on hiring international talent, regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and audits. Ms. Cutler has also supported litigation matters and counseled clients on government benefits applications, employment agreements, and corporate relationship documents. She has worked in several major cities, including London, Atlanta, and Miami, and offers U.S. and U.K. employment-based immigration knowledge gained through high volume positions with AmLaw firms and Fortune 100 clients. On behalf of institutional clients, Ms. Cutler has managed high volume accounts consisting of PERM, H-1B, L-1, TN, E-3, EB-2, EB-3, I-485, and I-130, as well as counseled individual clients on I-601 and I-601A waivers, asylum, consular processing, family reunification, and withholding of removal, among other matters. Her vast experience, including employment and education outside of the United States, uniquely positions her to provide holistic legal advice. Ms. Cutler has contributed to the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) through volunteering with the Global Migration Section's Audiovisual and Consular Liaison Committees. She is also a member of the Customs & International Trade Bar Association, Women in International Trade, and the International Law section of the American Bar Association. Ms. Cutler's pro bono practice includes work with the Georgia Asylum & Immigration Network, where she supports victims of crimes through the U visa process. She also serves on the National Leadership Council of The Pink Agenda, a partner of the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. Ms. Cutler earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a concentration in International Business, from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington; and also studied International Business at the Universitat de Valencia in Valencia, Spain. She later earned her J.D. degree from Elon University School of Law, where she worked with the university's Humanitarian Immigration Law Clinic; as well as served as a founding member and officer of the International Law Journal and case manager for the Innocence Project.
