In addition, Mr. Robison practices in the areas of taxation law, business law, succession planning for family owned businesses, tax deferred exchanges, including forward, reverse, construction exchanges, parking arrangements and personal property exchanges, and estate planning law. He is a certified specialist in federal taxation law by the Ohio State Bar Association. Mr. Robison earned his B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of Cincinnati, and his LL.M. degree in business and taxation from the University of Bridgeport. He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association (member, Tax Section, Tax Committee).

is an attorney with Mulligan & Bjornnes PLLP, and has been practicing law since 2004 primarily in the areas of commercial real estate, commercial lending, and general business and corporate transactional work. He works with corporate and individual clients of all sizes on sophisticated real estate transactions involving assets in multiple jurisdictions. He focuses his real estate practice on commercial, warehouse, office, and industrial leasing; and the acquisition, development and sale of both commercial and residential property. He also assists clients with obtaining the necessary zoning approvals and ensuring that they have proper authority to carry out various real estate transactions; drafting and negotiating easements, licenses, and other agreements affecting real estate; reviewing title and survey issues; and undertaking other types of real estate due diligence review In his finance practice Mr. Huntley has extensive experience drafting and negotiating multimillion-dollar loans on behalf of lenders, both large and small, including real estate and construction loans, asset-based financing and mezzanine finance transactions. Ms. Sherwin's career achievements earned her recognition as Chicago's 2024 Lawyer of the Year in Litigation - Health Care by Best Lawyers in America. Her litigation experience includes serving as lead counsel in state and federal actions involving Medicaid, Medicare, Illinois State Prompt Payment Act, Federal False Claims Act, and state and federal agencies, including the U.S. Supreme Court class-action suit on behalf of Illinois Medicaid providers challenging Medicaid reimbursement practices. In addition to litigation, Ms. Sherwin's experience includes HIPAA compliance, contract review for Stark and Anti-Kickback issues, corporate governance, and significant transactional work involving acquisitions, financing, and operations of multi-facility healthcare and long-term care providers.
