Stephen L. Robison
is the owner and manager of Strategic Property Exchanges, LLC, providing tax deferred like-kind exchange services. He is a certified exchange specialist in Section 1031 exchanges by the Federation of Exchange Accommodators. In addition, Mr. Robison practices in the areas of taxation law, business law, succession planning for family owned businesses, tax deferred exchanges, including forward, reverse, construction exchanges, parking arrangements and personal property exchanges, and estate planning law. He is a certified specialist in federal taxation law by the Ohio State Bar Association. Mr. Robison earned his B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of Cincinnati, and his LL.M. degree in business and taxation from the University of Bridgeport. He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association (member, Tax Section, Tax Committee).

Christopher Huntley
is an attorney with Mulligan & Bjornnes PLLP, and has been practicing law since 2004 primarily in the areas of commercial real estate, commercial lending, and general business and corporate transactional work. He works with corporate and individual clients of all sizes on sophisticated real estate transactions involving assets in multiple jurisdictions. He focuses his real estate practice on commercial, warehouse, office, and industrial leasing; and the acquisition, development and sale of both commercial and residential property. He also assists clients with obtaining the necessary zoning approvals and ensuring that they have proper authority to carry out various real estate transactions; drafting and negotiating easements, licenses, and other agreements affecting real estate; reviewing title and survey issues; and undertaking other types of real estate due diligence review In his finance practice Mr. Huntley has extensive experience drafting and negotiating multimillion-dollar loans on behalf of lenders, both large and small, including real estate and construction loans, asset-based financing and mezzanine finance transactions. Mr. Huntley also represents a wide range of businesses and individuals in connection with corporate and entity selection, formation, maintenance, and governance issues; mergers and acquisitions of businesses and business assets; and the drafting and review of business contracts needed for the general operation of his clients' businesses. He is a Minnesota State Bar Association certified real property law specialist. Mr. Huntley is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association and the Hennepin County Bar Association. He earned his B.S. degree from the University of St. Thomas; his LL.M. degree, in international commercial arbitration, from Stockholm Unversitet; and his J.D. degree from the University of Minnesota Law School.

Richard J. Fox
is an attorney with the Law Office of Richard J. Fox PLLC, where his practice focuses on commercial and residential real estate. As legal counsel, he represents buyers, sellers, and lenders in residential and commercial real estate transactions, including title searches and closing. As a title insurance agent, Mr. Fox reviews title opinions and issues title insurance policies. He is admitted to practice in Vermont and Massachusetts, and before the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Mr. Fox is a member of the Vermont, Massachusetts, and Chittenden County bar associations; and is an agent for Vermont Attorneys Title Corporation. He earned his B.A. degree from Rutgers College and his J.D. degree from The George Washington University Law School.

Judith S. Sherwin
is of counsel with Aronberg Goldgehn Davis & Garmisa in Chicago, Illinois. She is a health care attorney with a wide range of experience representing hospitals, long-term care providers, nursing homes, and other health care providers with respect to litigation, regulatory, compliance, and transactional matters. Ms. Sherwin's career achievements earned her recognition as Chicago's 2024 Lawyer of the Year in Litigation - Health Care by Best Lawyers in America. Her litigation experience includes serving as lead counsel in state and federal actions involving Medicaid, Medicare, Illinois State Prompt Payment Act, Federal False Claims Act, and state and federal agencies, including the U.S. Supreme Court class-action suit on behalf of Illinois Medicaid providers challenging Medicaid reimbursement practices. In addition to litigation, Ms. Sherwin's experience includes HIPAA compliance, contract review for Stark and Anti-Kickback issues, corporate governance, and significant transactional work involving acquisitions, financing, and operations of multi-facility healthcare and long-term care providers. She has significant experience with alternative dispute resolution, serving as an arbitrator registered with the American Arbitration Association, American Health Lawyers Association, and as a bar-certified mediator for the Chicago Bar Association. Ms. Sherwin serves as an adjunct professor at Loyola University of Law, teaching business ethics and legal writing, and acts as a thesis advisor. She earned her B.A. degree from Roosevelt University, her M.L.A. degree from University of Chicago, her A.M. degree from University of Chicago Divinity School and her J.D. degree from The University of Illinois, Chicago.

is of counsel with Connell Foley LLP, where he limits his practice to business transactions, lending transactions, organizational governance and intellectual property. Mr. Humphreys is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and New York, and before the U.S. District Court of New Jersey and the U.S. District Court of New York (Eastern and Southern). He earned his B.A. degree from DePauw University, his M.S.J. degree from Columbia University and his J.D. degree from Harvard University.
