Speaker bio
David Holt
is an attorney with The Brain Injury Law Center. His primary focus as a trial attorney is plaintiff's personal injury/wrongful death, traumatic brain injury litigation, car and motorcycle accidents, trucking accidents, medical malpractice, and white collar criminal defense and traffic cases. Mr. Holt also practices in the areas of business law and contract disputes, products liability, defamation, workers' compensation and more. He has tried to verdict hundreds of jury trials, including many civil juries in the past several years, ending in awards of millions of dollars for his clients. As a prosecutor, Mr. Holt has given speeches and been an instructor of trial techniques around the country. He is admitted to the Virginia State Bar, U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western districts of Virginia, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. Mr. Holt is a member of the Hampton Bar Association, Virginia Bar Association, American Association for Justice, Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, National Brain Injury Trial Lawyers Association, and the Association of Plaintiff Interstate Trucking. He earned a B.A. degree from the University of Mary Washington and his J.D. degree from Regent University School of Law.

Glen H. Waldman
is a partner at Armstrong Teasdale LLP where he leads the firm's award-winning litigation practice in Miami, and is recognized as one of the top civil jury trial lawyers regionally and nationally. As lead counsel he has obtained numerous jury verdict awards in the seven and eight figures and has successfully defended to zero verdict claims of equal size. Mr. Waldman has also achieved similar results in non-jury actions and has secured numerous substantial international arbitration awards in both commercial and reinsurance matters. Likewise, he acts as outside corporate counsel for a number of businesses, advising on and overseeing their contractual relationships, internal controls and procedures, and other legal and strategic decisions. Mr. Waldman focuses his civil trial practice of over 35 years on complex business, commercial, real estate, construction, land use, and probate litigation matters. He has successfully tried cases to verdict ranging from relatively standard fraud, contractual, partnership and construction disputes, both in the U.S. and internationally, to the more esoteric involving, among others, combustion turbines in El Salvador; theft of a business involving a complicit bank in Colombia; citrus canker in Homestead; defeating claims in Pontiac, Michigan, involving the recall of an entire car line by one of the big four car manufacturers; and fighting over control of a large private equity firm in Delaware Business Court. Mr. Waldman earned his B.A. degree from University of Pennsylvania, his J.D. degree from University of Miami, and his M.B.A. degree from University of Miami.

T. Kevin Knight
is a partner in the law offices of DSK Law. He is board-certified as a trial lawyer by both The Florida Bar and the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Over the course of his practice, Mr. Knight has generally focused on personal injury litigation. He earned his B.S.B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Central Florida and his J.D. degree from Stetson University College of Law.

Jeanine D. Clark
is a partner with Margolis Edelstein, where she focuses her practice in complex litigation. She is experienced in handling a variety of matters ranging from construction defect to bodily injury. Ms. Clark has experience handling catastrophic injury matters, products, toxic tort and coverage issues. She practices in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Ms. Clark is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the District of New Jersey and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She is a member of the American Bar Association and New Jersey Defense Association. Ms. Clark is also the event director of the South New Jersey Chapter of the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance. She earned her B.A. degree from Temple University and her J.D. degree, cum laude, from Widener University School of Law.
