Kathleen D. Adcock
is a partner at McMillan Metro Faerber, P.C., where she handles estate planning, probate and trust administration, and guide clients through the process of establishing and maintaining tax-exempt organizations. Ms. Adcock earned her B.A. degree from Yale College, and her J.D. and LL.M. degrees (taxation) from the University of Baltimore Law School. She also holds an M.B.A. degree from Merrick School of Business. Ms. Adcock is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, District of Columbia Bar and American Bar Association. She is admitted to practice law in Maryland, Washington D.C. and the U.S. Tax Court. A frequent speaker for the Maryland Department of Aging Senior Centers on estate planning and probate topics, Ms. Adcock has presented on tax topics to the Maryland State Bar Association and D.C. Bar Association; and is a contributing author to Using & Drafting Trusts in Estate Planning (M.S.B.A.).

Carla S. Sigler
is a solo practitioner at Sigler Law, Inc. She serves clients with integrity and skill in the areas of criminal defense, family law, business litigation, estate planning, successions, and represents government agencies and serves as the Vinton Magistrate Judge. As an experienced appellate advocate, she won a murder case before the United States Supreme Court while serving as an Assistant District Attorney. Ms. Sigler also is available for legal writing and research and appellate advocacy work and consultation. She earned her B.S. degree from McNeese State University and her J.D. degree from Paul M. Hebert LSU Law Center. Ms. Sigler is a member of the Southwest Louisiana Bar Association and the Texas State Bar. She is also a member of several federal bars, including the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and U.S. District Court, Middle and Western districts of Louisiana. In her practice Ms. Sigler represents a number of succession clients in issues involving real estate sales and fiduciary litigation. She has been appointed by courts to serve as an administrator in succession cases and has been asked to provide expert testimony.

Arthur M. Fowler, III
is an attorney with Fowler Baker Shade PLLC in Johnson City, Tennessee. He focuses his practice on probate and land disputes. Mr. Fowler graduated from Hampden-Sydney College with his B.A. degree, after which he attended Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia and obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in accounting. Upon returning to Tennessee, he attended The University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphreys Law School, graduating, cum laude, with his J.D. degree.

Cathryn N. McNary
is an assistant vice president and trust officer at Southwest Missouri Bank, where she provides assistance in estate planning strategies as well as fiduciary services. She is a graduate of Missouri State University and the University of Arkansas School of Law. Ms. McNary has experience in the areas of estate planning, probate and agricultural law and was recently named one of Springfield Business Journal's 2021 Trusted Advisors. She is a member of the Missouri and Jasper County Bar Associations, and is admitted to practice law in Missouri.

Samuel R. Knell
is an attorney at Bass, Berry & Sims PLC. He focuses his practice on estate planning and the administration of trusts and estates. Mr. Knell regularly works with high-net-worth individuals, families, businesses, trust companies, family offices, and fiduciaries on the implementation of generational wealth transfer and business succession plans through the use of sophisticated tax-advantaged strategies. In addition, he assists clients with various charitable planning techniques. Prior to joining Bass, Berry & Sims, Mr. Knell earned an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida Levin College of Law as well as an accounting and law degree from the University of Tennessee. During his time in law school, Mr. Knell was a student attorney at the Wills Clinic where he served low-income individuals and families in preparing and executing their estate planning documents, including wills and powers of attorney. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Tennessee Bar Association, and Estate Planning Counsel of Middle Tennessee. Mr. Knell is admitted to practice law in Tennessee, Kentucky, Florida, and Wyoming.

Barbara Lohr Van Sant
is the principal of the Omaha law firm of Barbara Lohr Van Sant PC LLO. Ms. Van Sant practices in the areas of estate planning, elder law probate, real estate law, bankruptcy law and municipal law. She has been an instructor at the College of St. Mary, Metro Community College, Bellevue College in Nebraska and Citrus Community College in Florida. Ms. Van Sant is a member of the Nebraska Bar Association (Real Estate, Probate and Bankruptcy sections). She earned her B.A. degree at Creighton University and her J.D. degree at Creighton University School of Law.
