Deirdre M. Salsich
has practiced employment and labor law since 2013; first in New York, then in Maine, and now in New Hampshire for Devine Millimet. Her goal is to help her clients achieve their business objectives through compliance with all federal, state and local labor and employment laws, and the creation of internal policies and employee handbooks to support the business's mission. Ms. Salsich also assists clients with responding to employment litigation, workplace investigations, and negotiating settlements, and has experience advising clients of all sizes, from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies, public sector institutions, and non-profits. Understanding the day-to-day reality and long-term plan for each unique client is always a priority. In a previous role, she served as in-house counsel for a large public university system, advising on varied matters including the COVID-19 pandemic, remote work, workplace leaves and accommodations, crisis management, and the full span of employment litigation. Ms. Salsich also has significant experience representing clients in arbitration and before Human Rights Commissions and the EEOC. Tracking new employment legislation at the state and federal levels, and advising on the potential impact for employers is another way that she provides preventative advice and counsel to clients. Having studied abroad in Argentina and Mexico, Ms. Salsich speaks Spanish fluently and enjoy learning about other cultures. Spanish translation and interpretation is another tool in her kit to assist clients with diverse workforces.

Michelle De Oliveira
is a director at Kenney & Sams, PLLC where she advises on all aspects of employment-related matters, from drafting employment agreements and handbooks to conducting internal investigations and litigating complex issues before state and federal courts and agencies. Ms. De Oliveira guides management in issues relating to leaves of absence, employee discipline, hiring and firing decisions, accommodations, and any other management need. She has authored numerous articles addressing employment law issues and has received multiple accolated for her contributions to the field.

Ved Chitale
is an attorney at Andrews Myers, P.C. As a board-certified labor and employment attorney, he regularly advises clients on various labor and employment issues such as discrimination, trade secrets, non-competes, non-solicits, unfair labor practice charges, FMLA leave, benefits policies, employment manuals and policies, wage and hour laws, employment contracts, worker's compensation, WARN Act, OSHA, and more. Mr. Chitale routinely drafts employment manuals, employee wage and hour classification policies, employment contracts, severance agreements, bonus agreements and more in a manner that best protects his clients' interests. A significant portion of his practice involves dealing with government agencies such as the EEOC, Department of Labor, NLRB, DHS, OSHA and even the IRS. Mr. Chitale earned his B.A. degree from Texas A&M University and his J.D. degree from the University of Houston Law Center.

Kelly D. Gemelli
is the founder of Gemelli Employment Law in San Diego, California. She is a trusted legal advisor and seasoned employment law practitioner with extensive experience in advising and representing clients in both the public and private sectors. Prior to founding Gemelli Employment Law, Ms. Gemelli was a partner at one of California's leading workplace and campus investigation law firms. She also spent over a decade at one of the country's preeminent workplace law firms, where she was a principal. During this time, Ms. Gemelli gained extensive experience advising clients on employment decisions. She graduated from the Association of Workplace Investigators (AWI) Training Institute in 2019 and is an AWI Certificate holder. Ms. Gemelli was recently appointed to the Board of Director for Lawyers Club of San Diego. She is also active with the San Diego County Bar Association (SDCBA), having previously served as the vice chair of the Labor and Employment Law Section. Ms. Gemelli earned her J.D. degree at University of San Diego School of Law and is admitted to practice in California.

Colin L. Barnacle
is a partner at Greenspoon Marder LLP, and focuses his practice on labor and employment compliance counseling, corporate governance counseling and investigations, and employment litigation. Mr. Barnacle has substantial knowledge of systemic discrimination in the contexts of both the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP). He regularly advises and defends clients in response to EEOC and OFCCP systemic discrimination investigations related to employment practices (pre-employment tests, hiring, promotions, compensation and terminations), and assists clients in responding to EEOC systemic investigations, subpoena requests for employment-related data, and class action litigations related thereto. Mr. Barnacle has represented employers in all aspects of employment law before state and federal agencies and courts, including Title VII discrimination and sexual harassment, ADA, FLSA, FMLA, wrongful termination, non-compete and breach of contract claims. He earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, from Amherst College and his J.D. degree from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law.
