Speaker bio
Mary L. Cibella
is in private practice in Cleveland, concentrating in professional responsibility, which includes ethics advisory opinions, legal malpractice defense, disciplinary defense and pre-admission licensure. Ms. Cibella has extensive experience in the area of ethics and discipline as former counsel to the Cleveland Bar Association. In that capacity, she supervised and participated in the activities of the Certified Grievance Committee, researched dilemmas faced by lawyers arising out of their obligations under the Code of Professional Responsibility, and investigated and prosecuted matters dealing with the unauthorized practice of law. In January of 2015, Ms. Cibella became chair of the Supreme Court's Commission on Professionalism and served for a total of six years on the Commission. She is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association (Ethics and Professionalism Committee and Mental & Wellness Committee), Ohio State Bar Association and Association of Professional Responsibility Lawyers. Ms. Cibella is also a life member of the Judicial Conference of the Eighth Judicial District and a life fellow of the Ohio State Bar Foundation. She earned her B.S. degree from Kent State University and her J.D. degree from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.

Todd M. Galante
is a partner with Piro Zinna Cifelli Paris & Genitempo LLC. He practices in the areas of commercial litigation; commercial and residential real estate and other foreclosures; bankruptcy (Chapters 7, 13 and 11); state court insolvency/assignment for the benefit of creditors; loan workouts; lender liability; fraud; franchise law and litigation; trademark and unfair trade practices; general equity matter; partnership, corporate, limited liability company, closely held corporate and family business litigation; certain labor and employment litigation; white collar crime defense; municipal law; and attorney ethics. Mr. Galante is a certified arbitrator, mediator and mediator mentor, handling both private and court appointed civil matters through the Superior Court of New Jersey arbitration and mediation programs. He is a frequent speaker who has been repeatedly listed in Best Lawyers in America, New Jersey Monthly Magazine Super Lawyers, New York Magazine - New York Area's Top Lawyers and Corporate Counsel - Top Lawyers. Mr. Galante is an adjunct professor at Rutgers University. He earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, from Rutgers University and his J.D. degree from Seton Hall University School of Law. Mr. Galante is a member of the American and New Jersey State bar associations, American Trial Lawyers Association, American Bankruptcy Institute, and local bar associations. He is a member in good standing of the bars of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey; Southern, Eastern and Northern districts of New York; and Eastern District of Wisconsin.

Louis R. Cohan
founded Cohan Law Group, L.L.C., and has been a trial lawyer for more than 30 years. He has been recognized for his trial experience by admission into the American Board of Trial Advocates. Mr. Cohan has litigated more than $900 million in claims for his clients and recently secured a Verdict in excess of $66 million in a fraud case. He has done work in breach of contract, fraud, injunctive relief, punitive damages, employment, trade secrets, real estate, construction and construction defects, and civil rights litigation. Mr. Cohan's practice is concentrated on business litigation and employment litigation, as well as civil litigation. He earned his B.S. degree from the University of Georgia and his J.D. degree from Emory School of Law. Mr. Cohan has served as chair of the Litigation Section, the largest section of the Atlanta Bar Association. He has also chaired the Small Firm section of the Atlanta Bar Association. Mr. Cohan has served on the Board of Directors for the Atlanta Bar Association and has chaired the Atlanta Bar Foundation, the charitable arm of the Atlanta Bar Association. He has received awards and recognition for his community and legal work. These awards include Super Lawyer, Legal Elite, Martindale-Hubbell's preeminent AV rating, American Board of Trial Advocates, America's Top 100 Attorneys, and the Celebrating Service Award. For many years, Mr. Cohan has chaired the Legal Run Around 5k road race, raising money for the children of injured and fallen Atlanta Police Department officers.
