Jack R. Luellen
is special counsel with Buchalter in the firm's Denver office. His practice is primarily dedicated to oil and gas law, with a particular emphasis on litigation. Mr. Luellen earned his B.S. degree, with distinction, from Colorado State University and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School. He is admitted to practice in California, Colorado, Utah and North Dakota. Mr. Luellen is a member of the Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation and Energy Mineral Law Foundation.

Richard S. Koblentz
is an attorney with Koblentz, Penvose & Froning, LLC. He devotes the greatest portion of his practice to the area of professional responsibility, including legal ethics, attorney discipline, bar admission representation, representation in the areas of attorney conflicts of interest, disqualification of counsel, law firm formations and dissolutions, legal malpractice representation as both plaintiff and defense counsel, and service as an expert witness. In 2024 Mr. Koblentz was awarded the William K Thomas Professionalism of the Year Award by the Cleveland Metropolitain Bar Association. Mr. Koblentz also practices in the areas of complex and general civil litigation, criminal defense, probate, real estate, small business counseling and domestic relations. He has served as president of the Cleveland-Marshall Law Alumni Association, is an officer of the Cuyahoga County Bar Association, and is a member of the Council of Visitors at California Western School of Law in San Diego, California. He earned his B.S. degree from The Ohio State University and his J.D. degree from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.

Duane H. Wunsch
is vice president and Wisconsin state counsel for Fidelity National Title Group. He has more than 30 years of experience, including searching and examining titles, closing transactions, and handling title insurance claims. Mr. Wunsch is a member of the Milwaukee Bar Association, Wisconsin Land Title Association and State Bar of Wisconsin. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Wisconsin, Madison and his J.D. degree from Emory University School of Law.

Minturn Wright
is a founding partner with Shannon & Wright LLP in Alexandria, Virginia, where he primarily represents clients in real estate transactions and litigation matters. His three-plus decades of experience as a lawyer have been almost equally divided between real estate transfers and other transactions, and litigation (principally real estate, tax appeals and tax sales, civil rights, and insurance defense). Mr. Wright has had experience dealing with environmental issues, business entities (corporations, limited liability companies, and the like), and patent/trademark issues, particularly licensing. He earned his B.S. degree from Yale University and his J.D., M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Southern California. Mr. Wright is admitted to practice in Virginia, the District of Columbia, and California.

Philip C. Pires
is a principal in the law firm of Cohen and Wolf, P.C. A persuasive and successful litigator, he has handled a variety of litigation matters including complex commercial disputes, breach of fiduciary duty claims, partnership and shareholder disputes, adverse possession claims, prescriptive easement claims, quiet title actions, landlord/tenant cases, and collection actions. Mr. Pires frequently appears in the Connecticut Probate Court system representing beneficiaries, fiduciaries, and creditors in a variety of probate litigation matters. In addition to litigation, he practices in the municipal and land use and zoning arena, regularly appearing before planning and zoning commissions, inland wetlands commissions, zoning boards of appeals, the Connecticut Siting Council, and other administrative agencies, advocating for applicants, developers, property owners, and neighborhood groups. Mr. Pires also regularly counsels municipalities and property owners in commercial and residential property tax appeals. As a former member of his hometown's governing board, his firsthand knowledge of the inner workings of town administration offers valuable insight to his clients. Mr. Pires earned his B.A. degree from Haverford College and his J.D. degree, with honors, from the University of Connecticut School of Law.

Alan P. Fox
is an attorney with Capehart & Scatchard, P.A. He is chair of Capehart Scatchard's Alternative Energy Group, representing clients in various sectors, including shopping centers, public and private schools, retail, office buildings, warehouses, farming, and residential properties. Mr. Fox has experience handling transactions related to photovoltaic solar powered electricity production systems including PPA, obtaining permits and approvals for utility scale projects in southern New Jersey, and solar systems for owners of industrial and commercial properties. Additionally, he serves as co-chair of the firm's real estate and land use group, and is a shareholder in its commercial litigation, and business and tax groups. Mr. Fox's 35+ years of experience in these areas includes presenting land use applications before planning/zoning boards, litigating zoning matters at the trial and appellate levels, serving as solicitor to the Riverside Township Planning and Zoning Boards for eight years, protecting creditors' rights, and performing as outside general counsel for various private companies with local, regional and national needs. He earned his B.A. degree from Rutgers College and his J.D. degree from California Western School of Law. Mr. Fox is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, as well as before the U.S. District Courts for the districts of New Jersey, and Western and Eastern Pennsylvania.
