C. Page Hamrick, III
, J.D., CPA, is the principal of the Charleston law firm of C. Page Hamrick III, Attorney at Law. He has concentrated his practice in the areas of divorce law, tax and corporate estate law. Mr. Hamrick has served as a family law master, as assistant attorney general, as counsel to the West Virginia Legislature and as a hearing officer for numerous state agencies. He is a certified public accountant. Mr. Hamrick has testified as an expert witness in matters involving federal and state tax, financial analysis and real estate. He is a member of The West Virginia State Bar, American Association of Attorney-CPAs and West Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Hamrick regularly teaches tax and law courses at Marshall University and has taught accounting at West Virginia University-Tech. He earned his B.S.B.A. and J.D. degrees from West Virginia University. and his M.B.A. degree from the Marshall University (formerly WVCOGS).

Peter A. Moustakis
is a founder and managing member of Sowerby & Moustakis Law, PLLC. He practices in the areas of elder law, estate planning, wills, trusts, Medicaid issues, small business law, LLC formation, and all matters related to firearms in trust administration. Mr. Moustakis is also an adjunct professor at Merrimack College. He has also contributed to two family law publications, and written a book called Estate Planning and the Modern Family: Old School Meets New School. Mr. Moustakis is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association and has a membership affiliation with NAELA (National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys). He is admitted to practice in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. Mr. Moustakis earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Massachusetts, Boston and his J.D. degree from New England Law, Boston.

Kristen T. Shelton
is the owner and founder of Turner Jones Legal, LLC d/b/a Your Hometown Attorney in Lincolnton, Georgia. Her practice areas focus on estate planning, probate, and real estate transactions in her small, quiet, rural town. Mr. Shelton's overlapping experience in each of these practice areas has established her as a source for consistent and reliable insight and advice to her clients and peers. She is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, Augusta Bar Association, Augusta Family Law Bar Association, and GA GALS, Inc. Ms. Shelton is a member of the State Bar of Georgia’s Fiduciary Law, Real Property Law, Elder Law, and Child Protection and Advocacy sections. She earned her B.A. degree from the University of Georgia in Criminal Justice, with a minor in history; and her J.D. degee, cum laude, from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School where she was the executive comments editor for the Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School Law Journal. Ms. Shelton additionally serves as the guardian ad litem and child advocate attorney for her local juvenile court as her ongoing mission and passion project. In addition, She assists new local business owners with business planning and strategic financial planning for their homes and businesses. Ms. Shelton enjoys reading, baking, cooking, volunteering her time at her local church, mentoring youth in the community, and rescuing animals.

is an attorney at Lamson Dugan & Murray LLP, offering clients a wealth of experience in practice areas vital to business and finance. His practice concentrates on trust administration, probate, estate planning, tax, securities, and corporate law. Mr. Schatz's scope of expertise includes federal and state tax planning and tax issues as well as federal and state regulatory compliance. He earned his J.D. degree from the University of South Dakota in Vermillion, South Dakota. In addition, he received his Master of Taxation from the University of Tulsa and his B.A. degree, with high honors, from South Dakota State University in Brookings, South Dakota. Additionally, Mr. Schatz has passed the Series 7 General Securities Exam, the Series 66 Uniform Combined State Law Exam, and the Nebraska Life and Health Exam. He is a member of the Nebraska State, Iowa State, Omaha and American bar associations; State Bar of South Dakota; Omaha Estate Planning Council (past president); and the Omaha Chapter of Society of Financial Service Professionals.
