Jonathan J. Schutrum
is an associate in the Dickie McCamey & Chilcote, P.C.'s Litigation Department, where he focuses his practice in medical and professional malpractice defense, nursing home litigation, municipal and governmental litigation, product liability, and insurance defense litigation. An experienced attorney, Mr. Schutrum has successfully prosecuted and defended legal actions in both New York state and federal courts. He also has experience handling and resolving matters through alternative dispute resolution and mediation. Mr. Schutrum graduated, magna cum laude, from George Washington University, before earning his law degree from the Syracuse University College of Law. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and Bar Association of Erie County.

Randall Tesser
is an attorney at Tesser, Ryan & Rochman. Mr. Tesser is an experienced advocate for attorneys and other licensed professionals. This includes representing professionals facing disciplinary investigation or charges, reinstatement to practice, licensing and initial admission to practice, and character hearings. He also advises professionals regarding the business side of their practice, including practice management, sale and purchase of a practice, employment matters, and partnership disputes. Mr. Tesser also represents clients in resolving business disputes and trust and estate planning and administration. He is a frequent speaker in the fields of legal ethics and professional responsibility, having presented for the numerous public and private organizations, including the New York State Bar Association, the New York County Lawyers' Association, the Civil Trial Practice Institute, and as a guest lecturer at Cornell University and the New York City College of Technology. Mr. Tesser obtained a Juris Doctor from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2017 where he also received a Certificate in Dispute Resolution, and a Bachelor's degree in political science from Tufts University. He is an active member of the New York State Bar Association ("NYSBA"). Mr. Tesser serves as an appointed member of NYSBA's Committee on Professional Discipline. He is a member of the executive committee of NYSBA's Dispute Resolution Section, where he is a chair of its Ethics Committee and the liaison to the Young Lawyers' Section. Mr. Tesser is also a member of NYSBA's Young Lawyers' Section. In addition, he is also a member of the American Bar Association and its Center for Professional Responsibility, the New York County Lawyers' Association and its Professionalism and Professional Discipline Committee, and the Association of Professional Responsibility Lawyers.

William E. Reynolds
is a member with the law firm of Nixon Peabody LLP. He has tried cases in both the state and federal courts of the capital region. Mr. Reynolds has represented some of the region's largest corporations and other entities in complex commercial and antitrust cases. He has participated in several continuing legal education lectures and contributed to CLE publications, including a recent one on trial and appellate courts of Massachusetts. Mr. Reynolds was a Massachusetts assistant attorney general for four years, handling civil litigation. He earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Harvard University and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Cornell Law School.

Alexander Shapiro
is a partner at the firm Ford O'Brien Landy LLP. He is a seasoned litigator who represents professionals and businesses in complex commercial disputes and in white collar regulatory and criminal investigations. Over the course of his career, Mr. Shapiro has counseled and advised clients on a broad range of issues, including breach of contract, securities fraud, money laundering, competition and confidentiality, spoliation, false advertising, discovery in aid of foreign litigation, whistleblower claims, and compliance and policy development. He served as a trial attorney in the U.S. Department of Justice, and then for six years as an assistant U.S. attorney in the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York, where he successfully prosecuted numerous cases, ranging from complex commercial frauds to an international art theft conspiracy. During his government career, Mr. Shapiro was the recipient of numerous awards, including the prestigious Attorney General's John Marshall Award and the Chief Postal Inspector's Award. He earned his B.A. degree from Yale University, his M.Litt from Cambridge University and his J.D. degree from Yale Law School. Mr. Shapiro is admitted to practice in New York, District of Columbia and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.

Rachel V. Rose
, JD, MBA, successfully advises and represents clients on healthcare, cybersecurity, securities, qui tam compliance, transactional litigation, and government enforcement matters. She is an affiliated member with the Baylor College of Medicine's Center for Medical Ethics and Health Policy, where she teaches bioethics. Ms. Rose is often quoted as an expert. In addition to being extensively published and a sought-after presenter and quoted expert, she holds an M.B.A. degree, with minors in healthcare and entrepreneurship, from Vanderbilt University; and a law degree from Stetson University College of Law, where she graduated with various honors, including the National Scribes Award. Ms. Rose also attained a certificate in negotiation and leadership from Harvard University. She is licensed in Texas, and is a fellow of the Federal Bar Association. Currently, Ms. Rose serves as a director on the FBA's National Board. She is a member of and the immediate past chair of the Federal Bar Association's Government Relations Committee, member of the Advisory Board of the Federal Bar Association's Qui Tam Section, co-editor of the American Health Lawyers Association's Enterprise Risk Management Handbook for Healthcare Entities (2nd Edition), and a co-author of the ABA's books The ABCs of ACOs and What Are International HIPAA Considerations? Ms. Rose is extensively published and presents on a variety of matters related to her practice. She has been named consecutively to the Texas Bar College, National Women Trial Lawyers Association's Top 25, Houstonia Magazine's Top Lawyers (healthcare law), National Trial Lawyers Association's Top 100 and The Nation's Top One Percent. Ms. Rose was awarded 1st Healthcare Compliance's 2019 and 2022 Top Presenter Award. In 2023, she was selected for Super Lawyers (healthcare).
