Ricardo Aponte-Parsi
is a real estate and corporate counsel with a 22+-year track record of assessing risk, managing litigation, and building compliance systems to protect organizational interests. He is a trusted business partner and problem solver, dedicated to delivering exceptional results that advance business objectives through preventive counseling, strategic risk management, and shrewd advocacy. Mr. Aponte-Parsi is a team leader and project manager who builds relationships, leads change, and communicates effectively with private and public stakeholders. He earned his bachelor's degree from Syracuse University, with a major in international relations and his J.D. degree from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico School of Law. In May 2014, Mr. Aponte-Parsi completed his Master of Laws degree from Northwestern University School of Law and a Certificate in Business Administration from IE Business School in Madrid, Spain. In 2018, he completed a second LL.M. degree at Georgetown University Law School in securities and financial regulation. In 2022, Mr. Aponte-Parsi completed a certification in Privacy Law from Seton Hall University School of Law. He was president of the Board of the Puerto Rico Education Council, the licensing agency for the Commonwealth, and is currently the chairman of the Board of Trustees of the San Juan Community College. Since November of 2024, Mr. Aponte-Parsi has worked as an attorney-advisor for the United States Air Force Installations, Energy and Environmental Law Division (SAF/GCN) at Lackland Air Force Base, in San Antonio, Texas. SAF/GCN provides legal and policy advice to members of the Secretariat, air staff, and space staff on virtually all matters relating to the department's 180 installations, nearly 10 million acres of real estate, base realignment, and closure; annual $7 billion installation and operational energy budgets; annual multibillion-dollar military construction program; $8.3 billion military privatized housing portfolio; programs for environmental planning, compliance, and restoration and natural and cultural resources management; and programs for safety and occupational health. The division advises the Center of Excellence for Environment, Facilities, and Installations and the Energy, Environmental, and Installations Directorates within the Air Force Civil Engineer Center.

Sheri Kanesaka
is of counsel at Greenberg Traurig, LLP. She focuses her practice on litigation involving title issues (perfection, rights, restrictions), lien security and priority disputes, bad faith title insurance claims, escrow negligence, tax liens, and bankruptcy matters. Ms. Kanesaka earned her B.A. degree from University of California at Berkeley and her J.D. degree from University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where she teaches as an adjunct professor.

Steven E. Zablocki
is underwriting counsel for First American Title. He previously worked as foreclosure counsel, litigating secured lender disputes. Mr. Zablocki has extensive knowledge of title matters and was a frequent lecturer to firm staff. He has conducted numerous training sessions onsite for national lenders. Mr. Zablocki earned his B.A. degree from Marquette University and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Michigan State University College of Law. He is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin.

Jennifer A. Williams
has worked in the title industry for over 34 years, starting out in Winter Park, Colorado before moving to Denver in 1993. Subsequently she worked in the Denver metro area in various capacities including title assistant, examiner, title officer, and state title manager. In 2011 Ms. Williams gained further experience working for a regional title insurance underwriter, where her responsibilities included agent underwriting support in Colorado, Utah, Minnesota, and North Dakota. She returned to Stewart in April 2021 as a member of the Western Region Underwriting team with duties in Colorado, Wyoming, and Montana. Ms. Williams is an active member of the Land Title Association of Colorado where she serves as Vice-Chair of the Education Committee and holds their Certified Title Insurance Specialist designation. She is also an active member of the Montana Land Title Association and the Wyoming Land Title Association where she serves on the Education and Legislative Committees.

Audrey S. Wanich
is of senior counsel of Brennan, Manna & Diamond at the Orlando, Florida location. She focuses her practice on real estate law. Ms. Wanich has extensive experience in residential and commercial real estate transactions; secured loan transactions; lender representation; association creation and development; and landlord-tenant law. Her experience includes representing tenants and landlords in various foreclosure, evictions, and collection actions; managing all aspects of residential and commercial real estate closings; and more complex association matters. Ms. Wanich earned her B.A. degree from University of Florida, her M.A. degree from University of Southern California and her J.D. degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law. She is a member of The Florida Bar (Real Property, Probate and Trust Section; Education Task Force) and South Carolina Bar. Ms. Wanich was a board member of Early Learning Coalition of Brevard County, Brevard Legal Aid and Habitat for Humanity of Brevard County (also co-chair of Governance Committee). She is admitted to practice law in Florida and South Carolina.
