is a shareholder in Greenberg Traurig's Litigation Practice in Boston, Massachusetts. He is Co-Chair of the firm's global eDiscovery & eRetention Practice and Co-Chair of the Boston Litigation Department. Jeff focuses his practice on litigation and investigations that involve complex legal, factual and data management issues. He counsels clients through the entire electronic records management lifecycle - from tailoring a document retention program to navigating court rules and legal decisions regarding the production of ESI. Jeff has developed programs that assist clients in meeting their legal and business requirements and taking action in response to requests for ESI. He has extensive experience counseling hospital management companies, hospitals and medical centers in connection with the preservation, collection and analysis of electronic medical records systems. Jeff's experience also includes defending against other parties' efforts to take far-reaching "discovery on discovery" regarding the underlying information systems. At the outset of litigation, Jeff works with clients to identify and inventory potentially discoverable electronic resources, and develop reasonable and cost-effective plans for preserving data. He also advises on the selection of eDiscovery vendors, consultants and computer forensics experts. Jeff was listed for inclusion in The Best Lawyer's in America for his commercial litigation practice (2025) and selected for Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly's Go To Lawyers: Cybersecurity & Data Privacy (2022, 2024). He earned his J.D. at Seton Hall University School of Law and is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and New Jersey.

is the managing director of Cornerstone Discovery in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He has been admitted in state and federal courts as a digital forensic expert. Mr. Silva graduated from Drexel University with a Bachelor of Computer Science degree from the College of Engineering. He is an ACE Certified Forensic Examiner and an admitted expert, testifying in both depositions and courtrooms in the area of digital forensics. Mr. Silva works alongside Cornerstone's executive team to strategically develop new services and software applications. He was responsible for the development and successful launch of Cornerstone's e-discovery software solution, Junto.net. Mr. Silva is passionate about educating others in the many aspects of Digital Forensics; has lectured at Widener Law School, Drexel University and Wilmington University, and taken part in various CLE panel discussions at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and other venues. He has been featured in various publications including Legal IT Professionals, Philly.com news articles, and The Tech Gazette, Cornerstone's forensic and e-discovery blog.

How do I access my courses?

What happens if my course is cancelled?
In the unlikely event that NBI cancels or reschedules an upcoming program, each registered attendee will be contacted via email by a representative of NBI. Outreach to attendees begins as soon as NBI is made aware that a program will not move forward at its originally scheduled date and time.
