Speaker bio
Jeffrey Bernstein
is a partner with the law firm of McElroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney & Carpenter, LLP in the firm's Bankruptcy/Workout practice group. His practice concentration is in the area of bankruptcy, creditors' rights, and bankruptcy litigation. Mr. Bernstein is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York, and before the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Northern, Southern and Western districts of New York. He is a member of the New Jersey State (Creditor and Debtor Relations Section), New York State (Bankruptcy Law Committee/Business Law Section), and the American Bar associations, as well as the American Bankruptcy Institute (Business Reorganization Committee, Unsecured Trade Creditors' Committee). Mr. Bernstein has previously lectured and authored on a variety of bankruptcy topics. He is a Master of the Bankruptcy American Inn of Court, and has been chosen once again for inclusion in the 24th edition of The Best Lawyers in America in the practice area of bankruptcy and creditor debtor rights/insolvency and reorganization. Mr. Bernstein serves on his firm's Diversity and Inclusion Committee, as well as the Pro Bono Committee and Mentorship Committee. He has also been appointed to both the New York State Bar Association Committee on Diversity and Inclusion, and New Jersey State Bar Association Diversity Committee. Mr. Bernstein also serves on the District Fee Arbitration Committee for DFAC District VA (Essex County - Newark) by appointment of the Supreme Court of New Jersey, and previously served on the Supreme Court of New Jersey District VA (Essex County-Newark) Ethics Committee. He earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, from Yeshiva University; his M.B.A. degree, with distinction, from the New York Institute of Technology; and is a graduate of Benjamin N. Cardozo Law School, cum laude, where he served as notes and comments editor of the Cardozo Arts and Entertainment Law Journal.

Andrew Condiles
is an attorney with Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co., L.P.A. He assists creditors ranging from banks to credit unions to small businesses in recovering their unpaid debts, while also helping utility companies collect the monies that they are owed when their valuable equipment is damaged. Mr. Condiles's clients can always count on him to know every fact of the case before heading into an arbitration, mediation, negotiation or trial. He earned his B.A. degree from Hobart College, is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University (CWRU) School of Law, and was a member of CWRU's National Moot Court Team. During law school, Mr. Condles was a member of CWRU's Health Matrix: Journal of Law-Medicine; and authored a piece titled, "How Voluntary Is Voluntary" published in Volume 18 of the Appalachian Journal of Law. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Moot Court Judge and Philadelphia Bar Association. Mr. Condiles is admitted to practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, U.S. District Court for the Middle and Eastern districts of Pennsylvania, and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.

William J. Factor
is a partner with FactorLaw and has been dealing with financially distressed businesses and individuals sine the early 1980's. Practice areas include personal bankruptcy, business bankruptcy, bankruptcy alternatives, bankruptcy discharge litigation, bankruptcy litigation, creditors rights, commercial litigation, COVID-19 issues and merchant cash advance defense. Mr. Factor earned his A.B. degree from the University of Chicago and his J.D. degree, with high honors, from DePaul University College of Law.

Michael J. Moore
has served as in-house counsel for Collection Bureau Services, Inc., in Missoula, Montana since 1994. His practice concentrates on debt collection, litigation and compliance with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, Gramm-Leach- Bliley Act, and other laws affecting the collection industry. As a speaker for the National Business Institute and other organizations, Mr. Moore has presented numerous collection and compliance seminars to members of the Montana State Bar and other associations. He is the current President of the Montana Collectors Association and Chair of its Legislative Committee where he has been instrumental in drafting and arguing for legislative changes beneficial and fair to creditors and debtors.
