Speaker bio
Domenic B. Sanginiti, Jr.
is a shareholder with Stark & Stark and a member of the accident and personal injury group. He concentrates on catastrophic personal injury matters, negligent security claims, wrongful death and product liability matters. Mr. Sanginiti also focuses his practice on the hazards and defects of lithium ion batteries, e-cigarettes and other vaping products. Prior to joining Stark & Stark, he practiced personal injury for two south-Jersey law firms, where he defended casinos against personal injury claims, as well as defending health insurance carriers against claims for benefits under ERISA. Mr. Sanginiti served as judicial law clerk to current Supreme Court Justice Faustino J. Fernandez-Vina, while he was presiding judge of the Civil Division of Camden County, New Jersey. He earned his B.A. degree from Rutgers College of Arts & Sciences, his M.B.A. degree from Drexel University Lebow College of Business and his J.D. degree from Rutgers University School of Law - Camden.

Tony Graffeo
is the managing attorney at the Huntsville offices of Alexander Shunnarah Injury Attorneys, P.C., where he concentrates on litigation of motor vehicle collision cases and other personal injury matters. He also has extensive experience litigating cases involving defective products, medical negligence, and premises liability. Mr. Graffeo is a member of the Alabama and Tennessee state bars, Huntsville-Madison County Bar Association, American Association for Justice, and Alabama Association for Justice. He earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame and his J.D. degree from the University of Alabama School of Law.

J. Wesley Hisaw
is a shareholder with Holland & Hisaw, where his practice areas include domestic law, personal injury, product liability, corporate law, civil rights lawsuits, estate law, and employment law. He was named one of the Top 40 Under 40 litigation lawyers for the state of Mississippi by the American Society of Legal Advocates and the National Trial Lawyer's Association. Mr. Hisaw was also named a Top Ten Attorney for the state of Mississippi in the area of personal injury by the National Association of Personal Injury Attorneys, and listed as a Premier 100 Attorney by the American Academy of Trial Attorneys. He is licensed to practice in Mississippi and Tennessee, and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth and Sixth circuits, Northern and Southern districts of Mississippi, and the Western District of Tennessee. Mr. Hisaw is also listed as a Rising Star with Super Lawyers. He earned his undergraduate degree and his J.D. degree from the University of Mississippi.
