is a shareholder with Stark & Stark and a member of the accident and personal injury group. He concentrates on catastrophic personal injury matters, negligent security claims, wrongful death and product liability matters. Mr. Sanginiti also focuses his practice on the hazards and defects of lithium ion batteries, e-cigarettes and other vaping products. Prior to joining Stark & Stark, he practiced personal injury for two south-Jersey law firms, where he defended casinos against personal injury claims, as well as defending health insurance carriers against claims for benefits under ERISA. Mr. Sanginiti served as judicial law clerk to current Supreme Court Justice Faustino J. Fernandez-Vina, while he was presiding judge of the Civil Division of Camden County, New Jersey. What happens if my course is cancelled?
In the unlikely event that NBI cancels or reschedules an upcoming program, each registered attendee will be contacted via email by a representative of NBI. Outreach to attendees begins as soon as NBI is made aware that a program will not move forward at its originally scheduled date and time.
