Wylie Aitken
is a nationally recognized trial lawyer and founding partner of Aitken Aitken Cohn in Santa Ana, California. He was the youngest president in the history of the State Trial Bar and is continually recognized by publications such as the Los Angeles Daily Journal and the Orange County Business Journals as one of the top lawyers of California. Mr. Aitken focuses his practice on catastrophic personal injury, insurance bad faith, mass tort litigation and complex business litigation. He earned his J.D. degree from Marquette University, School of Law.

Pauline Will
is a founding partner of Bennett Schechter Arcuri & Will LLP and focuses her practice on complex tort litigation including trucking and transportation law, toxic torts, products liability, and insurance defense litigation. She started her career as a prosecutor with the Erie County District Attorney’s Office. Ms. Will entered private practice in 2002 where she began representing insured and self-insured companies as well as insurance carriers and their policyholders in state and federal courts. She has taken cases to jury verdict and has extensive experience representing clients in alternative dispute resolution. Ms. Will handles catastrophic and wrongful death matters from their investigation through all stages of litigation.She has spoken on a variety of topics on the transportation and insurance industries and currently chairs the TIDA Marketing and Engagement Committee for the Trucking Industry Defense Association (TIDA). In the area of toxic torts, Ms. Will has extensive experience with the defense of lead paint litigation throughout New York State. She is admitted to practice in New York.

Ana Garner
is an experienced litigator who focuses her practice exclusively on representing homeowners who are in foreclosure, including litigating adversarial proceedings in bankruptcy court. Her office is in Santa Fe, New Mexico, and she handles cases in the Albuquerque, Santa Fe, Las Vegas areas of New Mexico. Ms. Garner earned her B.S. degree from University of New Mexico and her J.D. degree from University of New Mexico Law School. Since graduation she has been in private practice with a couple of interim retirements during this 30+ year career. As an avid advocate for the "little guy" against institutional defendants, the first 30 years of Ms. Garner's career was in representing plaintiffs who were injured or killed from motor vehicle accidents and medical malpractice. After retiring a second time and moving to Santa Fe, New Mexico, she felt the calling of law once more bringing her out of retirement. This calling was to represent homeowners in foreclosure. Ms. Garner has written several articles for local publications concerning foreclosure, and has spoken at various events concerning foreclosure. She currently has an active litigation practice putting the banks to proof of their standing, and exposing fraud in the industry.

Chester L. Cameron, Jr.
of Midwest Injury Lawyers, is a trial lawyer who represents victims and their families in catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases in Illinois and Indiana. Since becoming a licensed attorney in 2013, he has dedicated his practice exclusively to representing injury victims and their families and has gained a reputation as a talented and aggressive advocate for his clients. Since 2018, Mr. Cameron has been selected as a "Rising Star," by Indiana Super Lawyers, and featured in Indianapolis Monthly for this distinction, which is limited to fewer than 2.5% of Indiana-licensed attorneys under 40 years old and/or in practice for 10 years or less. Additionally, he has written several continuing legal education white papers and has presented at several continuing legal education conferences on topics relating to personal injury and wrongful death. Mr. Cameron earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, in history, from Valparaiso University, where he also was a Kemper Scholar and associate of Christ College (Valparaiso University's interdisciplinary honors college). He earned his J.D. degree from the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville, Arkansas, where he was a member of the Dean's List. During law school, Mr. Cameron served as a legal extern to U.S. Magistrate Judge Paul R. Cherry (Ret.) of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Indiana. He is currently admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Illinois, Supreme Court of Indiana, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, U.S. District Court for the Central District of Illinois, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Indiana, and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana.
