Mr. Nichols is a member of the North Carolina and Wake County bar associations. He earned his B.A. degree from Davidson College, his M.P.P.S degree from Duke University and his J.D. degree from Wake Forest Law School.

She routinely assists charitable organizations and individual donors with a variety of matters, including crisis management; fiscal sponsorship; nonprofit formation; 501(c) tax exemption; merger, consolidation and dissolution; nonprofit consulting, training and best practices; grant compliance and financial management; property tax exemption; sales tax exemption; non-profit related litigation; charitable solicitation and professional fundraising; government compliance and regulatory issues; and document review and creation. Ms. Urban is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, as well as Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. After graduation, she served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Peggy L. Bryant, Tenth District Court of Appeals for the State of Ohio. Before transitioning to private practice, Ms. Urban served four years as an assistant attorney general at the Office of the Ohio Attorney General in the Charitable Law Division. She enjoys speaking at legal education seminars, directing the non-profit law clinic at the University of St. Thomas School of Law, and being a member of numerous prominent local legal organizations.

Mr. Bolson also serves as outside general counsel for several small and closely held businesses, nonprofits, landlords, and entrepreneurs, who he advises on commercial transactions, contracts, employment related matters, and landlord/tenant issues. He has a particular interest in privacy and Internet policy, particularly with issues surrounding online hate speech and Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act. Mr. Bolson has written extensively on Section 230 of the CDA, and his writings have been published in thehill.comNew Jersey Law Journal and in other publications. He was the featured guest on the Information Technology & Innovation Foundation Podcast about Section 230 and the Need for Change. Mr. Bolson earned his undergraduate degree from The George Washington University in 2005 and his J.D. degree from Rutgers School of Law-Newark in 2010. While in law school, he was selected to be a member of the Rutgers Law Review and he served in his final year as one of the Journal's managing editors. In 2009, Mr. Bolson was awarded the prestigious Henry J. Raimondo Fellowship by the Eagleton Institute of Politics. As part of the fellowship, he worked a semester at the New Jersey Senate Majority Office. Mr. Bolson is admitted to practice in the state courts of New York and New Jersey, and in the Federal District Court of New Jersey. Her previous experience has provided her a unique understanding of the challenges faced by providers in the industry.
