M. Jackson Nichols
is of counsel with Hedrick Gardner Kincheloe & Garofalo LLP, where his main areas of practice are public policy, administrative, labor and employment, occupational and professional licensing, regulatory and compliance, government, and commercial litigation. A formerly elected Wake County Court Commissioner (1990-1994), he is admitted to practice before the North Carolina State Bar; Fourth Circuit, U.S. Court of Appeals; U.S. District Court Eastern, Eastern, Middle and Western districts; and U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Nichols is a member of the North Carolina and Wake County bar associations. He earned his B.A. degree from Davidson College, his M.P.P.S degree from Duke University and his J.D. degree from Wake Forest Law School.

Jennifer L. Urban
is the founder of Legal for Good PLLC, and devotes herself to representing charitable and non-profit organizations throughout Minnesota and Ohio. She routinely assists charitable organizations and individual donors with a variety of matters, including crisis management; fiscal sponsorship; nonprofit formation; 501(c) tax exemption; merger, consolidation and dissolution; nonprofit consulting, training and best practices; grant compliance and financial management; property tax exemption; sales tax exemption; non-profit related litigation; charitable solicitation and professional fundraising; government compliance and regulatory issues; and document review and creation. Ms. Urban is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, as well as Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. After graduation, she served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Peggy L. Bryant, Tenth District Court of Appeals for the State of Ohio. Before transitioning to private practice, Ms. Urban served four years as an assistant attorney general at the Office of the Ohio Attorney General in the Charitable Law Division. She enjoys speaking at legal education seminars, directing the non-profit law clinic at the University of St. Thomas School of Law, and being a member of numerous prominent local legal organizations.

Pamela M. Kapsimalis
is a partner with the law firm of Inglesino Taylor, and a member of the firms real estate and business law practice groups. She specializes in transactional matters, concentrating in corporate, commercial real estate, commercial lending, leasing, franchising and general business transactions. Ms. Kapsimalis has extensive experience in representing companies of all sizes, including retailers, not-for-profits and for-profit entities, restaurants, manufacturers, wholesalers, warehouses, and boutique exercise brands, from the inception of the business transaction through the management and/or sale or dissolution of business operations. Prior to joining Berkowitz, Lichtstein, Kuritsky, Giasullo & Gross, LLC, she was a principal and chair of the business law department of a large New Jersey firm and also served as general counsel to a national and international storage and shipping company. Ms. Kapsimalis is admitted to practice law in New Jersey, and earned her B.A. degree form Middlebury College and her J.D. degree form Seton hall University School of Law.

Andrew P. Bolson
is a partner with Meyerson Fox & Conte, P.A. Maintaining a diversified law practice, he focuses on commercial and estate litigation, business law, real estate and land use applications, municipal court matters, guardianship law, and estate planning. Mr. Bolson also serves as outside general counsel for several small and closely held businesses, nonprofits, landlords, and entrepreneurs, who he advises on commercial transactions, contracts, employment related matters, and landlord/tenant issues. He has a particular interest in privacy and Internet policy, particularly with issues surrounding online hate speech and Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act. Mr. Bolson has written extensively on Section 230 of the CDA, and his writings have been published in thehill.com, New Jersey Law Journal and in other publications. He was the featured guest on the Information Technology & Innovation Foundation Podcast about Section 230 and the Need for Change. Mr. Bolson earned his undergraduate degree from The George Washington University in 2005 and his J.D. degree from Rutgers School of Law-Newark in 2010. While in law school, he was selected to be a member of the Rutgers Law Review and he served in his final year as one of the Journal's managing editors. In 2009, Mr. Bolson was awarded the prestigious Henry J. Raimondo Fellowship by the Eagleton Institute of Politics. As part of the fellowship, he worked a semester at the New Jersey Senate Majority Office. Mr. Bolson is admitted to practice in the state courts of New York and New Jersey, and in the Federal District Court of New Jersey. He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Bergen County Bar Association.

Lizzi J. Kampf
advises clients in a broad range of healthcare and nonprofit related matters, including assisting providers with regulatory issues and responding to licensed provider concerns. She leverages her experience as a licensed independent clinical social worker (LICSW) in her practice representing providers, clinicians, and non-profit organizations. Prior to practicing law, Ms. Kampf worked in the medical field in both hospital and clinic settings, and has experience in conflict resolution and crisis management. Her previous experience has provided her a unique understanding of the challenges faced by providers in the industry. Ms. Kampf earned her B.A. degree, cum laude, from St. Catherine University, her M.S.W. degree from University of St. Thomas and her J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Mitchell Hamline School of Law.
