Michael T. Donovan
is chairman of the tax department at Lewis Rice LLC. He has significant experience in all aspects of tax planning for partnerships and LLCS, corporations, real estate, REITs and funds. Mr. Donovan regularly advices clients in connection with M&A transactions, real estate projects and complex partnership issues. He also counsels exempt organizations on issues relating to tax-exempt status, intermediate sanctions and joint ventures with for-profit entities. Mr. Donovan has spoken and written extensively on a variety of tax topics, including a recent article for the Journal of Taxation on the complex FATCA final regulations. He is a member of the American Bar Association (Tax Section and chair), and International Lawyers Network (Tax Group). Mr. Donovan earned is B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame, his J.D. degree from the University of California at Los Angeles School of Law and his LL.M. degree in taxation from Georgetown University Law Center.

Joel Glaser
is the principal of Joel Glaser APC in the Los Angeles, Newport Beach and San Diego offices. His practice includes employment and business litigation. Mr. Glaser has extensive experience in employment practices liability, including defending whistleblower, wrongful termination, harassment, race, age, disability, and gender discrimination and retaliation cases. He has also defended wage and hour class actions and single plaintiff cases. Additionally, Mr. Glaser has counseled employees and employers on employment-related matters such as applications and hiring, sexual harassment policies and training, employment handbooks, internal investigations, compliance issues, employee discipline issues, severance agreements and termination issues. He has represented clients in both state and federal court, and before the California Labor Board, Department of Fair Employment and Housing, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Unemployment Appeals Board. Mr. Glaser is a member of the State Bar of California; and the Los Angeles County, Orange County and San Diego County bar associations. He earned his B.A. degree from University of California, Santa Barbara; and his J.D. degree from Southwestern University School of Law - where he was on Law Review. Mr. Glaser is licensed to practice law in California.

Julie D. Globus
is a partner with the law firm of Sabharwal Globus & Lim LLP in West Nyack, New York. She represents banks and hedge funds in the purchase and sale of debt in distressed companies, international and domestic mergers and acquisitions, leveraged acquisitions, and corporate finance. With data privacy and issues of cybersecurity at the forefront of current legal issues, Ms. Globus also assists her clients with building an architectural framework for compliance with state and federal securities, finance, data privacy laws, and with establishing strong internal controls. She also engages in the area of education law, helping students and parents obtain a fair and appropriate public education for their children, as well as resolving education related disciplinary matters. Ms. Globus is an associate member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and is corporate counsel for an international cryptocurrency related company, giving her the opportunity to consult with legal teams in both the U.S. and abroad, each with varying expertise and each trying to wade through the confusion related to cryptocurrency. She earned her B.A. degree from Skidmore College, her M.A. degree from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem on Mt. Scopus and her J.D. degree from Rutgers State University of New Jersey, Newark Campus. Ms. Globus's passion is endurance cycling, and she is an avid middle-distance triathlete.

is an attorney at Votre & Associates, P.C. He practices commercial litigation, taxation, tax litigation, international business litigation, legal malpractice, and intellectual property litigation. Mr. Votre earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Bridgeport, as well as his J.D. degree, magna cum laude. He earned his LL.M. degree in taxation from the University of Bridgeport and his LL.M. degree in international and comparative law from Georgetown University Law Center.
