Mark S. Cherry
is a self-employed attorney and certified public accountant in a general practice law firm in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. His firm has extensive experience in foreclosure prevention, real estate, tax law, and bankruptcy law. Mr. Cherry is admitted to practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, federal district courts, bankruptcy court, Federal Court of Appeals, and U.S. Tax Court. He is also qualified as a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) in business valuation and a Master Analyst in Financial Forensics (MAFF). Mr. Cherry is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and American Association of Attorney-Certified Public Accountants (AAA-CPA). He earned his J.D. degree from the Delaware Law School of Widener University and his B.B.A. degree from Temple University (Moot Court Honor Society).

Marcus B. Hodge
, CPA/ABV/CFF, MBA, CFE is the owner of ASC Forensic, LLC, with offices in Asheville, North Carolina and Spartanburg, South Carolina. He founded ASC Forensic, LLC in 2009 to provide forensic accounting, business valuation and business intelligence services throughout the United States. Mr. Hodge is a certified public accountant licensed in South Carolina and North Carolina; accredited in business valuation by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, certified in financial forensics by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and certified by the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners as a certified fraud examiner. He earned his B.A. degree from Clemson University and his M.B.A. degree in accounting from Coastal Carolina University. Mr. Hodge is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.

Carl D. Ciochon
is a director with Fennemore LLP, where he practices in the Business Litigation Group. He earned a BA degree in history, cum laude, from UCLA, and a JD degree, cum laude, from UC Law San Francisco. Following law school, Mr. Ciochon clerked for the Honorable Richard M. Bilby, U.S. District Judge for the District of Arizona. He has a diverse background as a trial lawyer, with a particular focus on real estate matters, as well as special expertise with business entity disputes and representations involving investment funds. As a real estate litigator, Mr. Ciochon represents commercial landlords and tenants, developers and homebuilders, title and escrow companies, property managers, and purchasers and sellers of real property. He also has substantial experience in matters involving the ownership and management of business entities and investment funds, including prosecuting and defending breach of fiduciary duty claims. Mr. Ciochon previously served as General Counsel to a $5 billion SEC Registered Investment Adviser. He speaks frequently on subjects relating to his practice.

Julie D. Globus
is a partner with the law firm of Sabharwal Globus & Lim LLP in West Nyack, New York. She represents banks and hedge funds in the purchase and sale of debt in distressed companies, international and domestic mergers and acquisitions, leveraged acquisitions, and corporate finance. With data privacy and issues of cybersecurity at the forefront of current legal issues, Ms. Globus also assists her clients with building an architectural framework for compliance with state and federal securities, finance, data privacy laws, and with establishing strong internal controls. She also engages in the area of education law, helping students and parents obtain a fair and appropriate public education for their children, as well as resolving education related disciplinary matters. Ms. Globus is an associate member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and is corporate counsel for an international cryptocurrency related company, giving her the opportunity to consult with legal teams in both the U.S. and abroad, each with varying expertise and each trying to wade through the confusion related to cryptocurrency. She earned her B.A. degree from Skidmore College, her M.A. degree from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem on Mt. Scopus and her J.D. degree from Rutgers State University of New Jersey, Newark Campus. Ms. Globus's passion is endurance cycling, and she is an avid middle-distance triathlete.
